i am very happy with the service today. i had the $49 plan and when i explain my needs and the feature is too many for me. they explained kindly about i can downgrade my plan to be free! really thankful!

so far we are really enjoying how user friendly smile is, how great the customer service is and how creative you can get with the loyalty and reward programs.

Good app, good response time to problems. Sometimes rewards are issued as a discount code, and sometimes as a gift card code. Haven't been able to figure out why yet.

Great way to get a loyalty program started, and they have so many resources to help along the way! Their customer support is great as well.

Everything you need for your loyalty program is all in here. Easy to setup, easy to manage your customer's point amount, importing exporting is really easy as well. And most importantly, Smile's support team is undoubtedly top-notch. Quick yet simple to understand.

Great customer service! Wish there was a little bit more customization available, but it gets the job done for what we need. Customers love seeing their rewards rack up and it was easy to integrate with Shopify.

Customer service is very helpful. They are always available and have great tips on how to improve performance!

Great App. Great support via live-chat. Analytics are not great but we only have the base version. Should still have cxv/xlsx export with base without fancy dashboards. Overall pretty happy with it.

I am amazed at how easy it was to import my customers points from another Reward app. Smile's app is intuitive, a breeze to add branding and customize. Even with the POS app - my current customer's points came through. The POS interface is simple for my employees - just a single click to add the rewards to a customer's order. Truly - I am as excited as them!
