The customer service from Smile is awesome! Each time I reach out they're always kind and respond quickly. Even on the free plan my rewards and referral programs look and function amazingly.

So far it has been really easy to use and setup. We were paying for a really expensive program but found this has all of the same features for a fraction of the price.

I have recently added smile to my store but needed some help. It was great to know that I could get on a chat and speak to a real person at 8.30pm to help with a problem. It was sorted in 5 mins, amazing.

We love using Smile for our loyalty program. The features are great and the app is super intuitive and easy to use. Support is also great and I got instant answers when I had questions.

Excellent customer service. Had to get a lot of help installing it and it was great, and very fast. 5 stars.

Jade was super helpful getting Smile to connect to my POS. sent over photos and I was able to watch a video to help as well.

The support is trully fast and warm, I hadn't even asked my question and Jade was already chatting with me asking for my request.

Jade was super helpful and patient with me. All the apps and integrations can be confusing so it was nice to have someone there "next to me" to walk through the process.

Super friendly UX design. Simple, efficient an intuitive. The support team is amazing. Always available to answer any questions, back them up with supporting articles and get you the solutions you need. We love using Smile.io!

I've been using this app for a while now and have been super happy with it. Easy to use and navigate. Easy for my customers to understand and outstanding customer service in a timely manner should you require any help! Highly recommend.

We have used this review since setting up our online store 3 years ago. At this point we will be looking at changing our loyalty point program. Anything less than Pro is not worth the money, and the subscription fees are out of control. We are frustrated with the lack of features in any payment plan other than Pro. We would happily pay a reasonable subscription fee for the app, but the Pro is an insane amount of money to pay for a mid-sized business, and the features in Starter or Growth are not worth it. I would recommend against other small/medium sized businesses using this app. I am glad the developers have found success with enterprise level businesses but they do not care or cater to anyone else.

Highly recommend Smile Rewards & Loyalty, especially with such great customer service. Jade is ready to help with great service and education. Thanks so much, Jade for the awesome customer support!

Creating a loyalty program that could easily be set up and beneficial for our customers was key. We have a large audience and wanted to make sure that integrating Smile would be a smooth transition. I had lots, I mean a TON of questions. Although I didn't have a direct contact, I consistently heard back from Larry, who was always extremely through, patient, and made sure my questions were answered. We had a few delays in launching the program and Joshua quickly jumped in to help with more questions. We launched the program with over 150,000 customers almost seamlessly, the only concerns/problems were due to user error, but were really easy to walk the customer through. I would recommend Smile.io for your rewards and loyalty program.

This app has helped us to really give back to our customers in a seamless and efficient way. The sync to Klaviyo has aided us in communicating with our members and potential members in ways that help to drive sales. The sync between Shopify POS and our Shopify ecommerce store is great for allowing customers to earn in both places. Would love if all of the discounts available to loyalty members on the Shopify ecommerce platform be available to them on the Shopify POS system as well.
