I have been using this app for quite some time and have had very good service with it. Lately Helen made a change so that I could have two ways to show the results depending on the category. It is always easy to use no drama and a very good deal. Highly recommend.

We have installed this app so that our customers can find the perfect product for their needs by selecting options in the filters in a combined manner. We have a catalogue with thousands of references and it is essential that our customers can use filters. Everything works great in the app, and for some specific configuration issues such as adding labels to the grid, the development team (specifically David and Helen) have been very quick to help us and we have achieved the customization we needed.

Easy to use and lots of ways to customize this app. It helped us a lot!

I'm a complete novice and knew nothing about it. Their technicians were extremely patient and helped me sort everything out. A five-star rating is well-deserved and I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with the filters not appearing at all when I switched over to a new theme. I sent a request for support and got a reply back from Helen very quickly. Helen requested access and was swiftly able to fix the issue. All of this on Christmas day! I'm very pleased with Helen's service and support. Big shoutout to Helen!

Great app! The best part is that Globo's customer support is so helpful. Helen assisted with getting the app installed and did an amazing job customizing it to our needs.

I had a great experience with Helen's support, she is very patient and supportive. My questions and issues are solved in an efficient way with her and her tech team behind. By looking at our store display now, i think it is worthy for us to continue using the plugin.

De service bij dit bedrijf is super goed. Ze antwoorden erg snel op de mails en ze zijn super behulpzaam met alles. Deze app is 10x beter dan de search & discovery app van shopify voor de filters. Je kunt hierbij de filters per collectie aanpassen en het is ook nog eens gebruiksvriendelijk. Ik zou deze app voor iedere e-commerce ondernemer kunnen aanraden, zodat je klanten goed kunnen navigeren door je website. Nogmaals bedankt aan het hele team voor de service die ze ons hebben geleverd!

This plugin is good, there are some limitations, but support helped me with every problem I had. So I managed to do what I wanted on my page. Thanks Helen for her support.

We use this filtering app in our product search on our Shopify store. We have over 2000+ products, 40+ collections and 500+ pages/blogs, so filtering is crucial! The features in the app have been relatively useful. We recently did run into some default code issues that searched suggestions / actions filter names within collections tab by default. However, Helen helped trouble shoot this with their development team and we had a resolution within 48 hrs. Very helpful, prompt service given that some customers informed us that they didn't buy from us because no items returned for their search criteria.

Easy and fast support

Amazing app. Filters work great and the team behind the app are friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. Recommend it highly.

Unfortunately, we've had nothing but negative experiences with this application and their support team. I've had to manually sync the app every 15 minutes today or the application will show the products as sold out on site. We've checked everything on the back end and this is 100% due to the application malfunctioning. I'd email them but we've never received a response from the developer in the last 2 years. We're moving on to another service that provides customer support.

This app has been amazing for my business. Periodically have some minor updates I would like to make to the way my products show up and Helen is always super helpful and quick to respond.
