Un grand bravo à Helen et à l'équipe de Globo Software Solution ! Leur application est vraiment efficace et leur service client est exceptionnel. Helen a été réactive, patiente et très professionnelle dans ses réponses, ce qui est rare et précieux. L'application est idéale pour les boutiques dont les catalogues sont déjà bien structurés, et elle fonctionne parfaitement dans ce cadre. Pour les boutiques en phase de structuration, quelques outils supplémentaires pour automatiser la gestion des attributs seraient un vrai plus. Malgré cela, l'engagement d'Helen et de son équipe a largement compensé ces petites limites. Je recommande vivement Globo pour leur sérieux et leur souci de bien faire.

Helen is amazing!! I had a fixed required to make the search function work on our theme. I preferred not to pay our third party developers to implement this so I asked Helen. She had it fixed within 24 hours and it was all included in our monthly fee. I cannot express how happy I am with the changes the team have made. Thanks a million!

Quick anser from support. Some features should be updated: when a customer searches for a product by typing it in the search field, he ends up on the product page.. It is not possible to switch from the product page to the catalog of other similar products if the customer wants to compare the selection quickly and easily

This app has been great. I have been using it for a short period of time and so far, it has been everything I am looking for and more. Customer service is top notch. I had an issue with the layout I tried to work out, come close, just couldn't get it right. Reached out to support, Helen from Globo reached out to us very quickly jumped on our site and made it just how we wanted the look and feel of it. Huge thanks to Helen and Global support. So far so good... haven't gone deep into the product but the support team handles everything quickly which gives me great confidence the app will give me the results I am looking for...
