Had a small issue with the app, their support team (Hanna) fixed the problem quickly and made sure a follow up was made too.

Excellent Support. there are some flaws in terms of syncing, Sometimes Automatic sync don't work, so we have to manually sync the changes . but i hope developers taking note of this

The app itself works great. However, it was not possible for the app to automatically match our original layout on the collection page. The support managed to manually design the collection page to match our original layout with a few misdemeanors. To correct these design issues, we are in contact with support. Even though we´re illustrating with printscreens how the original layout are, they still can´t understand that their take on the original layout doesn´t match. They´re a little bit slow and simply don´t understand what to correct. The app itself is a 5 star. The support is quick to reply but they´re certainly not easy to communicate with. Update: They have found a solution to the design problems and helped us out. Very friendly, fast to communicate with. Next time we hope for a smoother communication in order to be more efficient.

Easy to use filter and search, just remember to run sync periodically. Customer Service, particularly Sarah is very helpful and resolves any issues quickly. Recommended.

Using this app to make filters on oor product pages based on tags - works really good! The app runs smoothely and contacting the support is easy and they reply fast.

I absolutely love this app and totally recommend it! Smart Product Filter is a dream to work with, the filter works really well as does the search function. The customer support is the best I ever experienced on Shopify they work quickly to solve issues and even customize it to make sure the app works as we wanted to be displayed. They are the kindest, most responsive, and completely effective. 10/10 would totally recommend! I am not only using the search and filter app but other apps from Globo and all work excellent. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Absolutely! blown away by their customer service - well & truly gone above call of duty. Wanted the filter customised to suit our theme and the Team at Globo fulfilled all our requests without any issues. We Highly Recommend them - Amazing! experience

This product has provided my store the ability to showcase our products in a much better light. I have the ability to show swatches in a better manner, filter more intelligently and provide my customers more options. The service is fantastic, they have been very quick to respond to my inquires and very helpful in helping me set this up on three different sites. I highly recommend this app.

Had some problems and troubles at the beginning the support helped me in all my problems the app it self is little bit hard to get use to it but over all great app , great support. Highly recommend it
