Globo is amazing. This is the 2nd app I have of theirs. They have simple, straight forward UI's in the apps, yet somehow are able to have so many powerful features. Their subscription prices are kept low/free, but clearly have a very strong development team. You get a lot from them. Customer Service is very quick and very helpful. Not just with quick responses, but also quick to solve issues, which is amazing. I'm at the point where I try to find reasons/uses to install other Globo apps.

I've been using this app for a couple of years now. I've only had one issue during that time. Once I reached out for tech support, I heard back from Helen within an hour. The issue was fixed super fast! I always appreciate great customer service, and you will definitely get it from Globo! Furthermore, the product search filter is very user friendly :)

App has a lot of settings and super fast and great support. Btw, default sorter is great for my needs for now. Maybe in future i will come back to this app

the support is great, whenever i have an issue they are very responsive and helpful, i have a customized theme and they have helped us integrate smoothly

This app works exactly as I had hoped. It did take some time integrating it with our well established Shopify store, but it was time well spent as it allows our clients to find what they want in short order. There were the inevitable little hurdles and glitches to sort out at first, as I expect with most software, but I give absolute glowing praise to customer support. Email communication was very quick, and the problems we had were solved just as quickly.

The app worked great right out of the box. We needed some custom work done and their team was super responsive and helpful.

We were stuck on a collection redirection issue using smart filters and after reaching to folks from globo, they fixed it in minutes. It was quick and effective!

It's well known that Globo produces outstanding products but what is even more outstanding is their customer support. They never fail to help you in the best way possible and always deliver. I use at least 3 Globo apps for every store we produce. We tried other apps from other seller but they don't fail to meet Globo's quality and service.

App does pretty much everything that I want. The customer service is great, with issues usually sorted quickly and without much trouble.
