Wow, I am really impressed with the great and fast response, and resolution to my problem. I researched and could not find a solution to my problem. I emailed support and within the hour my issue was resolved. Their developer made it possible to change a search results sort by issue that I had. I am very impressed. Thank you!

Great support. Helen and her team at Globo are one of a kind, they make changes within minutes of you requesting them and the app itself is amazing!!

Customer service is always responsive and helpful to facilitate requests. I think they go over and beyond. In terms of product, so far I haven't found a better solution in terms of filtering products and it does much more than filtering.

Nice looking interface, gave my website a lift almost immediately! Easy to use as well. Customer support is amazing, they even helped me to make some changes my theme so that it would work better for the filter. Highly recommended.

The app does not perform well. Our Theme is Empire. Many items appear in other places in the shop compared to manual sorting in the the admin. They Sync simply does not work fast enough. Further on they cannot program the filter in such a way that 5 categories (top down in item quantities) are shown, and the rest will be shown once you expand the filter. Edit: We try to install it a second time - it seems it has big troubles with categories - not showing the latest changes (from the last 24 hours!). Edit2: During the sync - not a single item within a category is visible! The sync takes up to 6 minutes!

Great app and awesome customer support. This app is easy to use and I know it is helping us drive sales by making our site more accessible. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a search and filter app.

I'm using this app and it just crashed during the biggest sales day of the year! Contacted the customer service via email and skype to no avail. Freaking out over lost sales at the moment...

The app is very useful. We've already used this app in some of our stores and it meets most of our requirements. Easy to use and it is customizable as well. Plus, the customer support is so helpful and approachable at all times. We love using this app and we'll continue to use it. Hoping for more exciting updates with the app. :)

Fantastic service! I needed to add extra code to see the SKU detail in the collection list output and was having trouble sorting it out. I contacted Globo and they responded and added the code themselves all within an hour of me contacting them (I live in New Zealand and was expecting to hear back in about 12 hours). I'm not sure that it gets much better than that. And I am very pleased with how the app works too. Adding to this (Sept 1st), I had another problem which was dealt with in very quick time. Customer Support is very good! And again this week (Nov 2020), their assistance with a problem I was having with Shopify's search functionality was above and beyond what I was expecting. The support really is superb! Adding again (Feb 4th) - More support needed today for a small customization that I didn't think was going to work. Globo's developer came through with the help I needed and solved my problem within a few hours of me getting in touch. So that's 6 out of 5 stars from me! July 2021 - Just needed another small problem that popped up today looked at by Globo and they got back to me within the hour and had the problem sorted in very good time by one of their developers. So that's 7 out of 5 stars for me now. Still very happy with the app and the service. Just had a pagination problem sorted out by Globo support and they acted on it directly = plus one more star! The application is as advertised which is what we are paying for. However, something that stands out is the excellent customer service and response time from the developers and staff at Globo. If I have a question, I will have a response within 24 hours. More importantly, I had some specific requests with the integration of the application to the theme that was being used on the store. The team of developers and staff went above and beyond to make these features possible. Communication and customer support are superb. Highly recommend Smart Product Filter & Search application.

Have used this app on a few stores and is really easy and intuitive. We had a couple of slight bugs recently relating to some specific custom coding on our side, which the Globo team were able to jump in on and rectify quickly and effectively. Thanks guys!

Really useful app to open up the search function of the website. Features like the filters and search synonyms are really useful. The response to support and help with integration was very quick.
