Globo's Smart Product Filter & Search was a perfect fit for this store, and not complicated to install and configure for our theme. Their support is always available and responds within a few hours usually during the business day. Definitely recommend this if you don't have the need for AI powering your search.

The support is very accommodating with the questions I have asked about the app. The app works well on what we need for our website. Great app so far.

I have used another app from Globo (PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock) and was impressed with how willing the team were to offer help and support. Our theme was not instantly compatible with this app, but I spoke to a lovely CS rep named Helen who organised a developer to help me out. It was sorted in an hour. The app gives flexibility in creating a filter tree, which is exactly what I needed for our store. So far I am very happy, thanks for the great app!

Been using this app for several months now and its one of my favorites. Not only is it very, very easy to use, its also very customizable and their customer service is top notch. Besides this amazing app I also want to give a huge compliment to the dev and support team. This is what happend: I've a client (Kas20), and they want a similar design like Ikea (the variant and filter system). In my search for apps I found two good candidates "Swatch King - Variants Options by StarApps Studio" and "Smart Product Filter & Search by Globo". There was only one BIG problem, they where not compatible with eachother or the design I made within the existing theme. When I contact both Globo and StarApps studio I never expected that the result would be an perfect working and intergrated solution of both apps, my code and the theme. I really want to give a shout out to Joel Nguyen (from Globo) and Laxmikant Makone (from StarApps Studio) for thinking outside the box and the readyniss you would expect from top-notch companies. The product filter looks very nice and easy to use. The support team is very helpful to solve problems in short time.

I ran into a bit of trouble setting the app search features on to our theme but I reached out to their support and they were more than helpful to assist me in getting it set up. A+ for customer support. I just hope you guys can implement search features to look up blogs within the future.
