So far this journey has been amazing! I am astounded by the help that the tech was able to give me. I'm glad I chose this app to start out with. It has been a great experience.

I've been using Sky Pilot to host my digital courses with pdfs and videos. It was very easy to set up, displays organized and user-freindly for a great customer experience. The few questions I did have were addressed quickly and solved efficiently by their support team. I highly recommend this app for growing your digital business!

I've been using Sky Pilot for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with it. Customers no longer say that they didn't get their digital download, like they did when I used a different app. Now I don't have to do as much customer service anymore, and my store looks more professional because files are sent out in a timely manner.

To be honest with you, I'm absolutely floored by the customer support from this app. It's rarer than rare nowadays for a tech company to go above and beyond to support their users, but Sky Pilot are exactly that company. They care about doing a great job and providing a great service, and it shows. Their 5* rating is thoroughly deserved and I couldn't recommend them more.

Sky Pilot provides everything we require to provide both a physical item and accompanying video and digital content to our customers. Alessandro also provided incredible support for us as well as coding part of our theme to accomodate the addition of a flip book in the customers 'Account Page' - We are beyond happy!!

Well, Sky Pilot is exactly what i needed for a special kind of products. Didn't know it before and asked the Support-Team who gives a quick response with simple informations. The automation is fast done and works properly. We sell E-Books and want it to fully pre-paid before send a download-link. No problem for this app. Thanks to let things be easier for the seller. Clients can find the order in their login too and click the file again. Nice gadget!

With Sky Pilot we found a Plug-In that has all the Things we were looking for. Pricing, free order, automatic order by product, massemail for updated products, very nice user interface und the customer support was perfekt. We've been using it for 3 Months now and we had no problems at all

Support is TOP notch! I was really struggling with some of the customization for my customer accounts library and thought I'd give the chat a try. I initially spoke with Đanin who helped me some and then asked for some specifics regarding which customizations I'd like to have and that they'd get back to me. Not long after, Alessandro checked in with me and he was able to fix every single element of my customization requests - being sure to send screenshots to confirm how it should appear. I am so incredibly grateful I was able to connect with Allesandro and the team and for the lightning quick support!

Really good so far, Switch from Shopify digital Downloads to sky pilot, jumped on a free 30min call and they set me up and even customised some code for me. 100% recommend if you sell digital products and the products
