We just migrated from Bold to Skio within the past month. The migration was seamless, and the level of support from Skio is amazing. Not only with migrating, but with training our team and ensuring that our questions are answered / ideas for improvements are taken into consideration. I can't speak to our growth or subscription retention yet as we haven't been with Skio for enough time, but I will say that our customer experience is already greatly improved (passwordless login, easy to navigate customer portal, text notifications, and Klayvio email flows that were previously non-existant). Will report back on our growth in a few months!

Much cleaner platform, better admin, better customer IU, and we have seen an increase in subscriptions since the switch. I am so impressed with Skio! As the founder of a sleep supplement company, I was looking for a Shopify app that would help me sell subscriptions without the hassle. Skio has exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend this app over any other subscription apps (like recharge). They have incredible customer support and have been amazing to work with so far. Their development team was able to help our developer when setting up the app and our dev was incredibly impressed by the work they did on our site. They've been super easy to work with and very accommodating. Honestly probably the best support I've ever had from a 3rd party app!! Skio also works perfectly on my site and was easy to implement.

Wow, Skio rocks. First off the functionality is great and the UX for our customers is much much better than Recharge. There's a lot more functionality, and it just works really well. I was worried about the migration but it was very smooth and quick. There were a couple small issues and they fixed them immediately. The team is extremely responsive and thorough. I'm very happy we made the upgrade from Recharge.

We migrated over from Recharge - overall the migration was pretty smooth, with some nuances around discount codes attached to subscriptions. There are friendlier features that separate Skio apart from other platforms such as gifting and group ordering which are nice. There are some limitations with advanced use cases where a consumer may modify their subscription often (add / remove products frequently, etc.) but the Skio team is quickly cranking out features and improvements to UX. Ultimately, chose Skio because I believe in the team's ability to iterate and innovate in this space.

We're early on with Skio but it's worked pretty easily. They are young and have some work to do on their documentation but their team is responsive to customer requests. I've been on a number of calls with their dev team to help figure out the edges. I'll take scrappy and willing to help over ridging and a "figure it out yourself" attitude any day. I'd trust them with your subscription service.
