We're about a month in with Skio and are so happy we switched. We've used a number of different subscription providers and there's a reason that these guys have such a high rating. Their support helping us get up and running was elite. Our transfer over has so many unique components to it and they were there to help every step of the way. The features and functionality, the intuitive user portal, and the customer management on our end are all amazing. Highly recommended!

On-boarded Smartrr to Skio. Definitely one of the best decisions we've made so far. The optionality for customers, intuitive dashboard + reporting, and rebuttal systems have given us a better view and action around our subscriber program. On-boarding and customer support (thank you sandro + ben) have been S-tier.

Very hands-on onboarding process. They made sure everything transferred smoothly and without a hiccup. The product itself is far superior to our old subscription platform (Recharge). My favorite feature is the passwordless login. Happy we made the switch and would highly recommend it!

Skio is the best app out there for subscriptions. They have flexible options when it comes to setting up and managing subscriptions, working across a wide range of use cases. They reporting is good and continues to get better, giving you the insights you need to understand and optimize your subscription business. Skio really does the deep work on understanding what clients need out of a subscription provider and putting it into practice. Support and customer service are always responsive for troubleshooting.

We just started using SKIO about ~5 months ago and it has been nothing but a success. Here are my "whys" on if you have an e-commerce brand you should use it. 1) Reporting There are so many reporting tabs in SKIO, every time I ask a question to our support rep on "How To" there's already a feature built into the tool. Also, they are very open to building the internal reporting tools that you suggest. 2) Forecasting Forecasting inventory/SKU has been super helpful for us to understand which inventory levels we need to keep each item at and standardize on that number. 3) Constant Customer Feedback Constant feedback along the lines of why customers are taking the actions they are + seeing trends in the data which helps us figure out which directions to build. 4) Predictive revenue The monthly subscriptions help our business better predict revenue and which SKUs it comes from. 5) Finding your "Whale" Customers Finding "Whale" or "VIP" is tricky, retaining them is trickier. SKIO offers different tiers of discounts to keep our top customers happy has been a huge plus. If you're in the e-com business and you're not using SKIO you are missing out. Thanks, SKIO. Devon

The team at Skio has been so amazing! I cannot begin to explain how helpful they are with customizations and problem fixes. You never see that with any technology company. Every promise they made when we signed on has been honored/delivered on and that is so impressive and rare. By far the best subscription partner for anybody on Shopify. Would highly recommend them!

I made it a priority to migrate our store off of Recharge and onto Skio this year. The main selling point for me is that Skio offers excellent customer support. The team behind the app is highly responsive and knowledgeable. Whenever I have encountered a question or needed assistance, their support team was quick to provide helpful solutions. They have been frequent collaborators in helping improve our subscription program and I appreciate all the new features they have available to test.

Developer here. I dislike most apps but, WOW, Skio is incredible. Our company has been using Skio for about 2 months now and are very happy with the results. A few highlights: 1. The migration from Recharge to Skio was very smooth. I was expecting it to be a big headache, but Skio’s team handled 99% of the process for us. We had all kinds of custom code set up on our site. Instead of just slapping their app on top of our site and potentially breaking something, Skio’s developers took the time to read our code and make the modifications needed so that everything worked right off the bat. 2. Their customer service is top notch too. We were having an issue with subscriber numbers dropping. I emailed Skio and got a reply in under 5 minutes. They immediately had 2 team members working on the problem, giving us specific personalized ideas on how to improve our subscription program. Since then we’ve been seeing about a 40-50% increase in subscriber numbers. 3. Our subscriber numbers are climbing MUCH faster than with Recharge and we haven’t even begun to tap into some of the cool features that Skio offers (like their Surprise & Delight feature)

We recently migrated from Recharge to Skio. The customer experience is much more intuitive and easier for our customers to use. The portal is faster and we're excited to make use of new features like volume discount, gifting subscriptions and ease of workflows for free gifting in orders. Our migration experience was super positive and we had the full support of the team. We had a small glitch on our Skio email flows where our old subscribers were contacted as if they were new signups but overall, and particularly given we made several bespoke requests to maintain the legacy subscriptions in our account, we were really happy with the team's work on the migration!

There were two big factors I used to evaluate Skio. 1) The amount of assistance helping get our subscriptions set up for a new store, and 2) how robust the analytics are to actually understand how our subscriptions offering was performing, for example the demand forecasting really helps me with my day to day job and adjust our day to day operations - it feels like Apple rather than Android. And out of everyone out there, Skio stood out as being the most reliable option to deliver on those two things.

We've migrated across from recharge and whilst there were a few hiccups (linked to our set up with churnbuster and arpu), Skio responded quickly every time and will dive into your code and make amends. Very few companies offer white glove onboarding to this level. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves. The rate of feature development is really fast paced and Skio have listened to our requests and have already started implementing new functionality - it's great to have a team that listens.

Skio has helped us elevate our CX immensely. We can clearly see our customer service tickets are way down now that we've switched to Skio. We appreciate all of the features offered. We wish they would offer more customizable discounting on subscriptions, for example, a deeper discount on the first subscription order and then back to our regular pricing, but we've heard that's something in the works. A special mention to Ben, our account manager who is always there to help us out, and answers super quickly!

We started out with another subscription partner after researching many subscription options. That was a big mistake. It's hard to tell how good a subscription partner is until you actually get behind the door of Sales and finally onboard. I can tell you definitively that Skio is the real deal. Great support, helpful on an individual merchant basis, strong pace of new features, and the platform is incredibly powerful with leading customization capabilities. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and just go with Skio. It's the right choice.
