I've been with Codisto for a few months now, what an amazing app, I'm listing more product and managing it easier, the few times there's been an issue support has been fantastic, Mark especially has gone out of his way to resolve a few tricky things, very happy with their app and support. And more recently Mariel did an awesome job in pointing me in the right direction, Thank you.

i like how easy it is to get everything listed and that it is centralized. I hope that you will offer a solution to list on Etsy soon. Customer Service is awesome. Joy B helped me out today and was amazing. she gets 5 mabuhay stars!

by far out of all the apps I've used this has been my greatest asset, absolute killer customer service and super helpful if there is anything you don't understand how to do they are always there for you. thank you codisto! you have made managing my inventory such a breeze!

We only currently have one channel which Codisto manages with relative ease. I asked what I thought was a problematic question this morning on live chat and Jason D came up with the answer that I hoped for but didn't think possible within a matter of minutes. As usual very impressed with Codisto's capabilities and I'd highly recommend it and the customer support.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their API feed DOES NOT work with Google Merchant Center, don't listen to their lies. Google confirms their feed does not send "Target Country" or "Destination" details, which are required by Google Merchant Center. Wasted many hours talking to useless customer service (Arlie and Chloe) who know nothing and don't read the actual support requests, they just lazily copy and paste "help" articles which are useless and don't address the actual issues. We set up the feed exactly as their support documents describe, but the feeds don't work. Can use any other API app and it works fine. USELESS APP - STAY AWAY

thanks to the codisto team, an always relevant and fully explanatory approach, at the same time, fast customer service and uninhibited options are the best integrated application to be made on behalf of the convenience software, definitely try and succeed!!

Excellent support with competitive pricing. Very easy to use software which adds further revenue to your business.

Nice premise, but this app fails to perform basic features like sending only FBM orders to Shopify and requires a hack to keep Amazon sellers from violating Amazon TOC on communication. I really wish it had worked, but Support could not resolve the FBA orders being created randomly in Shopify. After a lot of effort to set up and configure, it is back to searching for a solution that works as advertised.

great service and support as someone that is new to e-commerce. I was struggling to locate a few of the settings such as shipping cost and the live chat support was truly great!

A simple problem of adding our Google Merchant account to Codisto has cost us hours or time and $100's of dollars due to Codisto support messing up. Duplicated orders, duplicated ebay and google merchant accounts in codisto. 2 hours+ lost time and staff having to deduplicate orders in shopify and our fulfilment system Total disaster.. all we wanted to do was add Merchant center to Codisto. Worse still support really not listening to what we say blindly following their docs without a clue what to do when it goes wrong.. not even an apology! Day 2 support still blindly followed their docs and ignore the customer , even when i pleaded with them they still took action without consulting us first. Honestly, they have turned into a disaster area!!!

Good app and support is great ( always available and communicate clearly) , would recommend for anyone needing multiple marketplace integrations

We've been using Codisto for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. eBay and Amazon syncs are quick to set up and easy to use, and the support team are brilliant (special thanks to Joy V.).
