I have used this to migrate our products to Amazon. At any point I have needed help beyond the available help files (particularly for undertstanding migration errors) or for really unique queries, the support team have been able to answer within a couple of hours with screenshots of my actual shopify product listings, highlighting the steps I need to take in order to resolve my problem. Fantastic service.

As a new user, I want to share a positive review for the Chat Help I received from Jae. Jae answered my questions even though I asked the same sort of question more than once to be sure I was understanding how the app was working in the background. It was easy to attach screenshots and Jae helped me understand the app more fully. I am prepared to continue listing and syncing my shopify with other platforms with the help of Marketplace Connect.

I had to change my review, as the Shopify Marketplace Connect support are unable to resolve an issue with their app not being able to submit our listings to the Walmart Marketplace. Their support team gave me the runaround trying random configurations in the Shopify Marketplace Connect app before informing me that "listing your items on the Walmart Marketplace is not their problem and reach out to Walmart Marketplace support resolve the issue". Listing items on the Walmart Marketplace was not a problem until I installed the Shopify Marketplace Connect app. Now we are unable to list our products in a marketplace, as the Shopify Marketplace Connect app corrupted our ability on the Walmart Marketplace to do so. Beware before installing this app, as it will negatively affect your business and support will be unknowledgeable and unwilling to assist you!

Really wanted to use this app, reading the reviews everything appeared to be positive about it. Connected ETSY as wanted to start small, had an issue which Josh advised on swiftly. This was followed by another issue whereby products were not syncing, spoke with Josh on the live chat and he walked me through the set up. All appeared to work and the information went from shopify to ETSY fine, did a test order and it didn't work. Spoke to Live chat who said there had been a policy change (must have happened in the few hours between the morning and afternoon) this was now effecting orders from ETSY and i was best to carry on using ETSY directly as there was no timescale. Sadly i wanted to get ETSY sorted before moving on the Amazon and EBAY so for the time being i have disconnected the account and removed the app Hopefully it will work in the future but dont want to risk messing up ebay and amazon

Not worth it. The amount of time I spend talking with support because it's so buggy fully negates the benefits. I wish I'd just set each marketplace up seperately for all the issues that would have given me than using this terrible app.

OMG what a disaster, trying to link with Etsy, does not work, very inconsistent, programmed by amateurs, have a look at the Faire sync app and learn a few things...

Support is just awful. Since they were acquired by Shopify they blame everything on Shopify and close the case while acting rude. Then you have to reach out to Shopify support who are friendly and helpful, and confirm that it's a Marketplace Connect problem. Then you have to reach back out to MC with a case number from Shopify before they'll do anything. Marketplace Connect has a lot of bugs and is lacking in a lot of really basic features. Doesn't feel like the engineers really know how their customers are using the tool. We pay almost $100/mo in charges yet it has less features than alternatives like Veeqo which is free. In fact, Veeqo will offer 5% back on any shipping labels purchased, and can predict how many units you need to re-order based on previous sales. I just can't understand why anyone would still use this app when the Marketplace Connect team cares so little about it themselves.

Great product and great customer service. I have noticed that their only limitations tend to fall in line with the limits of the platforms they integrate. They are much better than our past integrator for Amazon! Customer service tends to have a good knowledge base and replies back within a reasonable time.

This app works somewhat well for eBay but it's absolutely awful for Etsy. There's a ton of errors, missing categories, and unmapped fields. It's incredibly slow and unresponsive. A real pain to use. A ton of work needs to be done to get the data to behave properly and the data sync is very slow. After the first sync on tracking number failed, you can't re-sync. And there fore you lose that order and penalty on you. Support is very bad and not willing to solve the problem. They only advise to change tracking and fulfill again, which I did. But they can't do anything about it. A very bad app and support, be aware Thanks for your review, Any changes to carrier and/or tracking number in Shopify will now be re-sent to Target+ if made within 7 days (Target+ limit) An improvement on the carrier/tracking cleansing based on historical bad data. Providing the correct information in the first instance avoids such errors. Nikki

I am really enjoying using this app - it has made dispatching and tracking inventory between Shopify and Etsy much easier, plus customer support is always very fast and helpful.

Update: The support helped me a lot and was very patient with me. It seems they could fix the problem and did lot of manual changes for me so I don’t need to do. I changed the star rates therefore. Bulk orders dont work. Some tags I can set, other not. Support can´t give a solution. So I need to check every change I made in see if it works. Manually. And for half of the products I still didnt figure out how to bulk order easy things like tags. I need to configure this manually on the marketplace... annoying.
