Shopify did a great job creating this chat app for Shopify stores. It integrates seamless to your Shopify store. Best feature is it's free!

I definitely recommend this software, it has helped me solve a lot of basic customer problems, free to use, great.

We have tried many other chat apps and this version of Shopify Inbox has been the easiest for my team and customers to use effectively! We felt a drastic increase in use by our customers once we switched to Inbox and my team has easily been able to communicate back and forth resolving issues, answering product questions, and supporting our customers.

I'm new to shopify, but the inbox app seems to working fine.

The AI response suggestions adapt to your answers which makes it human like. saves heaps of time and most of the time i am happy with the response and just hit enter.

The reason I like it is that visitors seem to be more inclined to use chat than call on the phone, so we are able to engage them more readily.

Good but for some reason, I'm unable to reply on my phone. I'm able to type but not hit enter to reply to the customer.
