Love how you can see what the customer has in their cart. So helpful and how long they have been our customer for. This is very good.

Highly recommend this app. Very easy to use, and easy to set up automated replies. We get far more enquiries through our website using this app than our previous chat. I like that I can have the app on multiple devices so customers never get missed.

Very usefull and works well

Really quick and easy way for customers to make contact and for you to provide a response. A notification pings on my phone as soon as I have a message. Helps build your customers confidence if they can make contact easily.

Have looked at other chat apps and they all wanted a monthly fee for something that is super basic. Good
