There is no sound notification when a message arrives. Its bad Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We understand that this is frustrating as you should be able to receive notifications with sound for Inbox. Within Inbox settings you can check that your "Push notifications (desktop and mobile)" are enabled. On your mobile device, you also need to have the sound notifications enabled under your general phone settings. This is a great tool if the app can be monitored by staff during business hours. Push notifications are inconsistent and and email notifications are delayed. When customers use the chat function there is a predisposed expectation that there will be near instantaneous communications.
