La uso da pochi giorni, ma al momento non posso che dichiararmi totalmente soddisfatto. App gratuita, totalmente configurabile e ovviamente perfettamente connessa al mio e-commerce. Al momento non trovo difetti. Top!

Great way to communicate realtime with customers.

Very happy with the app. The only thing I wish it could do is to easily create a new order from the app as opposed to having to log into the last order in Shopify.

Cela permet à mes clients de me poser très facilement leurs questions, et à moi d'y répondre tout aussi facilement. De cette façon, je suis sûr de n'oublier personne, et d'avoir une bonne réactivité. This app works quite well. I do wish it had some more pro level features, but it is a great app for interfacing with your customers.

Great app! Would be great if customer had an option that could ad phone number instead of email and also would be great to can embed the chat button anywhere.

It is very useful in keeping in touch with customers.

Love the app - we can answer quickly and efficiently and handle our clients almost as quickly as they message us.
