Eigentlich ein wirklich tolles Tool! Wir verkaufen jedoch international und es gibt keine Übersetzungsoptionen. Das ist sehr mühsam, weil wir immer alles in Google übersetzen müssen um dann antworten zu können. Hoffentlich gibt es dafür bald eine Lösung. Das wäre ein Segen❤️ Auf jeden Fall ist die App sehr zu empfehlen!

I think this is a great feature, the only thing I would really like is if you could have options to resize the box as it is huge on mobile view and big on desktop view. I am yet to see how customers are able to interact with the chat but so far it seems great.
