We use Shipstation for our order fulfillment and have had a great experience so far. There are hardly any issues with the app and order creation/lookup/actual shipment. The integration with Shopify is seamless. It would be great to edit an order's items after the order syncs from Shopify to Shipstation. It would also be great to have the default view on the Orders page expanded to 1000, not 500.

Absolutely love the integration with ShipStation for my websites. It has made doing business so much easier for me.

Keep in mind that if you use an automatic discount, the final amount won't be right in the packing slip. We have to leave this app because our customers think they are being overcharged due to packing slips being wrong about amount paid. They don't offer any solution, just this: Automatic Discounts: A discount applied at checkout that does not require the customer to manually enter a code at checkout. ‘Automatic Discounts’ from Shopify do not import into ShipStation. These discounts are a different type of discount than the ‘Discount Codes’ that would import as a line item. This difference may be why you see a discrepancy between Order Total and Amount Paid. This is not very professional.

I used this app to ship my online orders. It integrate flawlessly with my Shopify store. Send ship confirmation and delivery confirmation to the customer. I highly recommend.

Overall we are very pleased with Shipstation and it is far above any other shipping program we have used. We use several different shopping channels and Shopify Ecommerce website. Shipstation does a good job of allowing us to view and fulfill our orders. One or two suggestions that would make our experience better. 1. The ability to place a QR code on our packing slip so that customers could scan and provide a review on our respective sales channels. 2. Would prefer reduction in frequent changes in UI of Shipstation sometimes disrupts our settings. These updates / changes come with little warning, and disrupt our process. Overall Shipstation does a great job and would recommend to others.

We love the ability to connect Shipstation to our Shopify store as well as to all the marketplaces we sell though. The convenience of having everything in one place is something we are super grateful for. The app is really easy to explore and navigate too.

I use ShipStation to generate shipping labels for various market places at which I sell. Overall, I find the app very convenient. I use also another vendor's inventory management software as ShipStation has some limitation is tracking cost of goods sold

Reliable and well designed system. Lots of options to automate shipping rules, ability to make staff accounts and overall easy to use once you go the hang of it. Not quite as fast to learn as another service we used in the past, but way better once it is figured out, and set up correctly.

I've found ShipStation to be very reliable and basically easy to use. I'm using it to ship orders from Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon, plus manual orders. I ship within the USA and internationally. ShipStation has tools that I haven't even used yet, so I know there are capabilities that I haven't explored. I have the most difficulty setting up the rules and automation to do exactly what I want, but I'm probably doing something wrong. ShipStation does save me time and it automates communication to customers. This software has made it easy to track down lost packages too.

We use ShipStation for all of our domestic shipping. I like that the interface has all the info we need, and it works well for batch processing. We use our own shipping rates (not ShipStation's).

Just tried to use and not allowed to purchase and print label, you've been taking monthly charges and the first time I try it , it failed

It works so awesomely for our business, It is amazing, simply amazing! It has helped us ramp up our shipping standards and speed. It also is great if you have barcodes, you can use the scan function for better accuracy.

Newbie to ShipStation. So far, so good. I'm loving it. Phenomenal App for my business site, www.CBDTroubleshoot.com. Very easy to use. Tracks shipping data, ect... Quick and easy. I recommend this app for your shipping and tracking needs.

Shopify and ShipStation work together beautifully for our application. The orders come in automatically from our Shopify store and the shipping effort is as as low as it can be. Literally a few minutes and your label is being printed and you're done. We are very happy with it. If there was any place that ShipStation could possibly be a little better is in shipments out of country (Canada mostly) but that's probably because we ship there infrequently and always seem to pick the "unavailable" UPS international instead of UPS Standard. Not a big deal though.
