Works like a charm. All of our Shopify orders come into Shipstation without any issues. Shipstation also adds dozens of features that help with our operations.

ShipStation is our primary Shipping software. All systems work as needed and integration with Shopify is simple and straightforward.

Shipstation is a fantastic platform for managing shipments! I've been using it for over a year and a half, and it continues to surpass my expectations. Pros: - The interface is nicely laid out to give access to all of the tools we need without being overwhelming, with good navigation and tab organization - You can set up customized filter and column views, and save them as tabs for easy repeat reference - The search function with advanced search is very accurate and reliable, with options to fine tune the results extensively - Product info can be updated with selective imports so you're not overwriting any existing data - There are multiple stackable options for product and order organization to give very granular control over your systems - The automation rules are extensive, with virtually every product and order variable usable as an automation trigger - Built-in batch fulfillment with the ability to generate batches through both automation and manual filtering: if you've set the item weights/boxes/customs info/batches/filtering/etc up correctly, you can process orders near-instantly - Networked printer integration: if you set up the connection with Shipstation Connect (free desktop application) on one computer, you can print from Shipstation on any device - Support is quick to respond and very knowledgeable - The documentation is extensive, easy to understand, and simple to navigate through - The pricing is also very affordable for the amount of time we save - It has integrations for all the platforms we use and can manage multiple stores and couriers The only notable con is that Shipstation currently lacks built-in tools for tracking packing materials: you can create custom box sizes and add them to orders seamlessly with both automatic and manual options, but you can't add a weight to a box listing and have the order weight adjust automatically when you change the box, or remove a box from inventory when you process a shipment. Small thing, but annoying: we end up adding the box weight to the product weights so we can batch fulfil our 1-2 item orders, but it messes all the calculations up for multi-item orders. Overall highly recommend, Shipstation is an excellent platform: I've recommended it to several small business owners in passing, and I'd recommend it in general to anyone who has to track orders.

Shipstation is a great app that is functional and does what we need it to. Couldn't run our business without it or a similar app, and we have found them to be the best provider of their type of service that we could find.

We use the App to help us sell to online customers and create a better experience for them, easier order management for us and offer the customer benefits and improve their ordering experience. For the most part we are very happy with Shopify. I think the monthly fee for Shopify Plus is a too expensive for the average company, given what we deal with in terms of ingredient price increases nowadays, inflation and just the effort to stay in business. Leveling the playing field for all users would increase usage and thus increase profits for Shopify. The better experience that users have, even at the smaller business levels, the more users Shopify will have.

This has streamlined my shipping. Love it. Makes it so much faster than doing shipping labels through shopify

Shipstation is an awesome software for our small e-commerce business. The integration with different market places are so easy to manage. Since we have Shipstation, we have so much extra time to manage other things!!!!

ShipStation is a lifesaver. We're a small e-commerce business - just one employee besides ourselves, and we're also full-time farmers. Clear, efficient, and reliable is what we need -- and ShipStation delivers! Between keeping our farm afloat and mailing over 500 packages a month, any wrinkle becomes a big deal. We have come to trust ShipStation to handle all the complexity for us. It is so easy to log in, import orders, have the orders automatically be assigned the correct box size and weight, have address validation, and be able to buy batch labels with just one click! We have hours of our time every week by using ShipStation.

This app connects seamlessly with our Shopify store and there is very little to no management needed.

Fantastic app. Very easy to use. Excellent customer support team. We're trying to integrate as many of our dot.com customers as possible using this product. We highly recommend ShipStation!

Very EZ to use, great customer service and it's great for international shipments as it prints all the necessary documents. Plays nice w/ Shopify, SOS Inventory and QBO

We have 5 online stores on various platforms and ship from 4 locations including our own warehouses and 3PL . We have been using ShipStation to manage shipping since 2019 and it has been superb, inexpensive, efficient and very easy to manage.

I use this app to process all shipping in our Shopify store. The integration is great! I am sure we are not using all of the features but works great for us. We have several different shipping option and I like how you can color code and sort by tag quickly.

ShipStation was just a Godsend for our company. Being able to ship from all of our sales channels in one place is just a game-changer. SS has really given us time back to reinvest in our business. Definitely recommend them, no matter the size of your business.

We love ShipStation! It made our work so much easier. I like how customizable it is. It has it flaws and doesn’t work for all of our needs but it covers our fulfillment and it is more than great for us. Highly recommend!

Scale your ecommerce business with Shipstation. Don't waste time manually creating labels and sending tracking info to your customers. With Shipstation, you can do all of that with a few clicks. Setup is really easy and if you ever have any trouble, they have a dedicated team to help.

5 Stars! A must-have Shipping App. Complete, clear, customizable, and more important, reliable. With very useful filters and automation tools. It let you handle many shops and channels at the same time easily.

The integration was super simple and took a matter of minutes. It has helped streamline our fulfillment and being able to print multiple labels at once for the same item ordered has been awesome. There are a few hiccups with the address validation from time to time but for the most part it catches address errors. It has definitely made the shipping process for our business much smoother.

We are deeply disappointed in both the service and performance of this app. On two occasions during the height of our sales season, the app presented technical errors that resulted in costs to our business due to time spent troubleshooting technical errors and rectifying poor customer experiences. On both occasions, Shipstation did not provide an explanation of why the issue had occurred nor how to resolve it. They also did not escalate the issue to investigate this matter further. I do not recommend this solution for any Canadian business looking to benefit from Canada Post's Commerical Shipping rates. There is some good functionality to the app but overall not worth it.

Very useful tool - I'd say this app is most used app among all other linked to our site. There are some issues with addresses validations here and there, but I do not thing it's the app's fault. And yes, I'd definitely recommend it to friends.
