I love ship station! It is super organized, easy to learn, and easy to navigate. They are also constantly improving things. Totally worth it! Wish i had switched sooner!

This is one of the best parts of having a Shopify Web Store. It makes our shipping so much easier. No more cut & paste, and it will print labels in batches, all at the same time. The shipping rates are really great too, which allows me to pass the savings on to my customers. An absolute must have.

I've been very happy with this app. It is much better than the apps on offer and provides the flexibility to make my shipping needs routine.

ShipStation is the only shipping program that we've used since launching our Shopify website and it's been pretty great. It's easy to print packing slips and shipping labels quickly without a lot of steps. We also sell on Amazon and Ebay, so it's really convenient to be able to ship everything from one program. Whenever there's been bugs or questions, the customer support is really fast and helpful with their responses. Definitely recommend ShipStation!

We have tried a lot of so call shipping programs out there and this one is by far the best one for what we do. And best of all, it works great with all our web stores, over 5. Customer service is wonderful. Fast turnaround. Thank you ShipStation.

Oh... I should also add, my labor expenses to ship have probably been cut by 80%. It used to take me 5-6 hours with multiple people to ship out our weekly orders and now it only takes one to two with fewer people.

Shopify has made our business run so much smoother. One of my favorite features is how you can write notes about each shipment. We do a lot of personalization for our customers, so it is so helpful to be able to note which step each order is on. Being able to add in manual orders has been great. It is very well organized, I have zero complaints.

Shipstation has been a great app for us. Greatly improved our productivity and efficiency in fulfilling orders. Customer service has been prompt and thorough. Still waiting on FedEx which in our opinion will make them as close to perfect as possible. -AF

Shipstation makes it super easy to automate almost everything you need - post service, weight, package size, e.g. - and it has cut down on the time that I need to spend worrying about shipping so I can focus on the business!

ShipStation has been one of the best decisions I have made, It has cut my order filling time in half. Between the batch printing of labels, Packing slips and automatically sending customer shipping notices it just cannot be beat, Very reasonably priced and the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!

ShipStation is the perfect solution to our shipping needs. In less than 10 minutes, we had set up our USPS carrier and were off printing labels and getting our orders out the door. The reporting is excellent and the interface is intuitive and easy to learn.

The ShipStation app is even better than I could have hoped for! Before we started using ShipStation, our fulfillment process was convoluted and every program we tried was unreliable. These guys have managed to put together an app that incorporates all of our necessary functions and introduced me to some I didn’t even think possible. Since transitioning from Endicia to ShipStation, our efficiency level has skyrocketed 300% and it’s ease of use has been critical in cross-training staff. What’s even better than the app itself? The customer service you get along with it! Byron and Jason are awesome!! These guys walked me through every hiccup and “user error” until I finally got it. They are always helpful and, if they didn’t have an answer right away (which was rare), they made sure to get it as quickly as they could. Working in shipping and fulfillment you understand how frustrating it can be to sit on the phone with useless customer service reps, but these guys are a blessing. On a side note, I am stoked that FedEx is now included!! The only down-side to this program and these guys have already remedied it!

At first I had issues printing to my Zebra LP2844 via OSX and Shipstation. I left a poor review due to these frustrations, but after Shipstation contacted me, I was able to resolve the issue, which had to do with subpar Zebra drivers. Not too surprising since they do not support OSX. I bit the bullet and bought a DYMO printer which works perfectly. Of all the Shopify apps I have tried, this is the most valuable and useful I have found. It looks great and the interface is intuitive. It has plenty of integrations with shipping accounts and insurance providers. Here and there I run into something that is not obvious how to change or is lacking, but I get an explanation as to how to do what I want or a logical reason why it isn't possible from support. I don't want to even think about how chaotic fulfilling orders would be without an app like Shipstation and I think they pull it off better than the alternative that I tried previously.

Shipstation is BY FAR the most amazing app you can find. I used to spend hours preparin labels, organzing packing slips, and trying to find the best price for shipping. Shipstation steamlines EVERYTHING, so it literally takes seconds to print hundreds of labels & slips, and with teh amazing feature to combine your slip and label on 1 sheet of paper, you cut down on your paper costs, and can't possibly mix up and order. Ship station has taken my business from sending out 10 shipments a day to sending out 100's. Thank you shipstation your developers are true geniuses and you have thought of everything!

I had been using another shipping program with Shopify before I discovered Shipstation. I tested it out for a day and was hooked. Not only was the interface extremely intuitive, but the program works great and the customer service is second to none. Go for it!

Great product! Makes shipping from our store a snap. We loved the integration with our existing USPS postage account (via DYMO) and the customer service and technical support reps have been fantastic. Quick to respond and very helpful, taking the time to address a question we had. Highly recommended. A must have app, really.

AWESOME APP!! there used to be only one app that takes care of shipping on shopify sites. I'm glad that shipstation now supports shopify. the interface is very nice and easy to navigate. you can even track sales! it also saves me money since i didn't have to sign up for two separate accounts for both my shopify stores. the usps rate is also much lower than any services I've ever used had to offer. a couple of things i wish they have is the shipment status on the shipment page. i would love to be able to see the status of each order/shipment in a glance without having to track one by one. Endicia has this feature and it's quite useful. another thing is that i wish the system updates the orders automatically without having to click "update" every time. all in all, it's a solid app. would recommend to all shopify stores with shipping needs. i'm glad they came into shopify world! competition does make better products!

I love, love, love this app. We had been struggling with managing shipping as we have two different shopify websites and we sell on Amazon as well. This has made a world of difference in productivity. It's a fantastic interface, very user friendly, and the rates are competitive. It truly has helped us manage our workflow. Not only is the application itself great, but ShipStation customer service has been superior, as well. Overall I am very, very pleased and will tell everyone they should give it a try!!

SUPER, FREAKING, AWESOME! Extremely helpful - does way better than ordercup. Manages my orders and the shipping of them. Lets me create manual orders easily. Lets me even track sales. Sends tracking numbers to customers, awesome. Just works really well & it's easy to use. There are some minor things I'd like changed, but it seems to be 1,000 times better than anything else I've found.

We tried OrderCup and gave up on aggregated shipping until ShipStation became available. Now, all of our orders from our multiple stores feed into one shipping solution, and we've fully automated our process. We especially like the Tags function, which for us doubles as a production fulfillment tracker since we produce print on demand products (gallery wrap canvases). Last, we like being able to compare rates at a glance to see how our shipping costs can be priced better by shipping Priority Mail over Parcel Post in a particular part of the country. If you're going to grow your business, ShipStation is a must-have for your Shopify store.

Great tool! It's reliable and integrates various shipping providers with ease. It could use some enhancements though. The inability to correct an order's product selection is frustrating. At the moment the only way to change the order is to manually remove the order and add a new replacement. An import feature for addresses would be great. Ability to reorder the rows and save the format. And finally, not sure if it's a Mac Safari specific issue but when scrolling down in the application the window also scrolls with a slight horizontal movement. Making it scroll diagonally. This is really frustrating and should be looked into asap. Otherwise, great product. Keep it up!

This app has streamlined my shipping process ten fold. I used to use paypal multi-ship, and it took me hours to ship large batches of orders. Now I use ship station and it takes me minutes. Their tools are user friendly and link directly with my shopify store so I don't have to think about updating information. It does it all automatically and sends my customers tracking info. They also have excellent customer support. I was having issues with combining multiple orders from the same person and having that information sent back to my shopify store. I told them and they got their programmers on the task immediately. A few days later the glitches were fixed. I can't say that about most other services. The only thing I wish they had was a way to automatically input shipping information according to the number of items in an order. I still have to manually enter the weights and dimesions, etc... there probably is a way but I don't know it yet. Shipstation, if you read this, please let me know.

ShipStation freaking rocks. I gave up on OrderCup about one minute after installation, is it was confusing, hard to use, required other software, etc etc. Well, ShipStation is everything that OrderCup isn't - well-designed, easy to use, intuitive, and doesn't require you to download a bunch more software or register for other services to use it. In fact, you get a free Endicia account with your ShipStation signup - all of the registration, postage purchasing, and everything else is handled by the ShipStation interface. You can run multiple stores, have multiple warehouses, print postage labels and packing slips, set up rules and filters to automatically set your preferred shipping method for different types of orders.. ShipStation has it all, including a bunch of graphing and analytics whose details I won't bore you with here. Even more impressive is how solid ShipStation feels for a version 1.0 application. If this is the kind of quality the developers brought to their first-version application, I can only imagine what the future brings for this app. I am a customer for life, ShipStation! You guys rock.
