I love using ShipStation. It makes shipping all my orders so much easier! No filling out custom forms, writing address labels or standing in line at the Post Office. It's awesome!

ShipStation is a big help in sorting out which service is the best provider to ship customer's orders. A couple things I wish ShipStation provided: -a customer support # you could call into (the only way to get customer support is to 'submit a support ticket') -a program for start-up's thst wasn't a fixed $ amt/month

Shipstation has made us a much more efficient brand when it comes to online shipping. Our shipping, printing, and overall time is cut by more than half because we can print labels in bulk, add preset weights to products, as well as many other features that help reduce time wasted, which was a big problem with our other online shipping provider. ShipStation has been, in a word, revolutionary. Before using it, our office was managing our Amazon orders using pencil and paper and printing each label manually! Now we can print labels quickly and efficiently, allowing us more time to focus on growing our business. We are in the process of launching a second store on the Shopify platform and couldn't be more thrilled to use ShipStation for it as well! Five stars!

Before using ship station my job was long and stressful after using ship station I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders it's so easy to do and fast doing it thank you guys so much for creating this app I can't go without it

One word: efficient. Shipstation has streamlined my whole business. The latest feature that integrates Google Cloud Print is amazing! I can be at home, print labels at night, have them print on the work printer at work, and the employees will take care of it the next morning. It's truly fantastic. Other great features worth noting: Assign orders to certain groups, Automatic notification of marketplaces (ShipStation will actually automatically send the tracking number and mark the order as 'shipped' to different marketplaces such as eBay, Shopify, Amazon, etc..), and the speed and great carrier prices are all benefits to this app.

ShipStation is simply the BEST and easiest shipping platform I have found. It is intuitive and quick to prepare labels (I do USPS and FedEx for domestic and international) and I love that my orders go straight into their system so there is no re-typing addresses or anything fuzzy. Plus this is one of the only programs I could find that works seamlessly with my Dymo LableWriter 4XL. If I ever have a problem with a shipment is very simple to go in through ship station and track or void packages - no more interacting with the USPS or FedEx websites! I ship almost daily with ShipStation and it really works for me and helps me stay confident when there are mountains of boxes to ship out.

Shipstation is a wonderful and simple app. We needed a shipping solution that would quickly plugin to our shopify store and let us start shipping immediately. It took about 2 days to dial it in. The support is amazing and quick to respond. Being able to access Shipstation from any computer has been such a big help. So glad we decided to use Shipstation

Shipstation has really simplified the shipping process. I used to use Stamps.com but their integration with Shopify was non-existant forcing me to cut and paste everytime I wanted to make a shipment. Shipstation automates the whole thing for me. LOVE IT!

I began using shipstaion in April of this year. After 2 years of entering my orders manually I now have freed up 1 hour every day to concentrate on marketing.

Shipstation has been a LIFESAVER. We were a tiny business before but we suddenly had to fulfill thousands of orders and I desperately looked around and found shipstation. Thank God!!!

As a new online retailer, I was worried about the complexity of coordinating orders with shipping software. ShipStation made it very easy to do. I was able to ship packages the same morning I installed the app. It was easier than I expected. I definitely recommend having a package scale and a ruler handy to make inputting weight and dimensions easier.

Very new to this app, but so far ShipStation has been very easy to use. We are very happy with using this app for processing our shipments.

Ship station is really easy to use. The fact that it updates a batch of orders and e-mails out the customer automatically is such a time saver! I would recommend it to anyone! The only feature that would be great is to be able to print a label not associated with an order.

ShipStation is great! Makes shipping products to customers very easy. Any time we have had a problem, the support section of the site has always answered our questions fairly well. There are some features we would love added (an easier way to create return labels- maybe a auto generation feature, instead of having to create each one separately) but all in all, the app has been a great asset to our e-commerce business!

so far so good. it is a fairly turn-key program that provides immediate visibility to orders and statuses. I haven't figured out how to print shipping labels straight to the printer yet but I am quite sure that that is PICNIC (problem in chair, not in computer). :-)

I'm coming from Big Cartel... upon switching to Shopify I was looking for an easier shipping solution compared to PayPal (Big Cartel). Enter ShipStation! Batch processing/printing, shipping presets, customer & order management features... WOW! The time saved alone justifies the monthly cost. Very happy with my experience so far.

ShipStation has been a phenomenal additional to our operations. Coming from other solutions, ShipStation combines great ease of use, a shipping rate comparison calculator, customizable packing slips, batch printing, usb scale support (beta) through the browser and much more. If you're looking to streamline your ops then ShipStation is a fantastic choice.

We have been using ShipStation for the past 6 months and it's made a tremendous difference for our business. It was easy to get started and has saved us countless hours streamlining our shipping process. One of our favorite features is that we can ship USPS first-class with a tracking number. In addition, they recently added FedEx so now we can also print labels with that carrier too.
