We LOVE ShipStation and we especially love it in tandem with Stitchlabs (http://apps.shopify.com/stitch-labs) . Shipstation is a stable, highly configurable, intuitive, robust, platform that *WAY* more than pays for itself in the time it saves (not to mention discounted USPS rates). If you're copying and pasting address info, signing into multiple shipping sites, copying and pasting tracking numbers, and wondering if there's a quicker way, you've just found it. Takes a little bit of time to set up your filters and rules, but it was time well spent. Shipping time is *easily* halved (if not more) after setup. I mentioned Stitchlabs. These two integrations have completely changed the way we run our online business and I can't imagine our business without these two apps. Shipstation and Stitchlabs work seamlessly together and pass all the important info all the way back to Shopify. Huge power when combining these apps: reporting, inventory tracking, light bookkeeping, and shipping all dramatically improved. Added bonus about using both integrations: it counts as ONE channel in Shipstation (even if you have multiple channels tied to Stitchlabs). Highly recommended!

ShipStation is the best shipping tool out there! It really streamlines my business. At first, I was using 2-3 different apps to do what ShipStation does in one! The ability to create return authorizations and labels is a must and ShipStation makes it simple to do. Love it!!!!

I absolutely love ShipStation. I've used several of the shipping services available to Shopify stores and this one is by far the best. The site is quick, easy to navigate and it works on an iPad. Need to create a manual order? Yeah, you can do that. Need to process returns? SS will automatically create an RMA number for you. Track the package as it comes back and even let you enter the date the package was received. Wow. Multiple shipping options? I have yet to find any services that match the flexibility of SS. I can use Endicia, Express1, Fedex, UPS, and more. I love this software. Want to use your iPad to ship your orders? No problem! The site runs on an iPad w/o issue. Just setup Google Chrome on your mac/pc, hook up your printer and you can print your shipping labels from anywhere. SS even does packing lists. Ship in bulk? No problem! SS does bulk orders, single orders, all with ease. I literally have zero complaints about this software. Few suggestions? Sure.. ;-) But ZERO complaints. I was using another shipping provider and was tearing my hair out dealing with java, but this just works and it just works really well. One of the features I think is especially cool is the scripting system that SS has. You can create all sorts of filters for your orders as they come in and process them in pretty much any way imaginable. The system is incredibly flexible. I use the filters to process my orders and add box weights and calculate which shipping options to use. If you're hesitant to try SS because of the price, I assure you, you will not regret it. I used to dread shipping and now I enjoy it. SS makes it as easy as possible. I start by printing my picking list. This will give me the list of all the items I need to pull from the warehouse. Then I go ahead and batch out the orders and send them to my super awesome wireless Zebra printer. Take my product and head to my packing table. Grab my shipping labels and begin packing boxes. It couldn't be any easier. Worried about support? Don't! The people at SS are prompt and courteous. I had some questions about setting up printers on a mac and their responses were quick and helpful.

Before using ShipStation we dreaded spikes in orders... ok, maybe dreaded isn't the right word (because ^ orders means ^ dollars), but we were delayed 1-2 days in getting orders out when they came in in waves. Now that we have ShipStation, we don't use it every day, but it helps us stay on track when we get hit by a big wave of orders and that, on it's own, is more than enough for us to justify keeping it around. For some people it's an every day solution, for us, it's our muscle (and we love it).

ShipStation has really reduced shipping errors for our business. The ability to print pick lists and packing slips has also been a big asset to our business. We've also reduced our processing time by having all of our various ships combined into a single site. If you are not currently using this type of system, it is worth the price to switch.

Great customer service. They want you to succeed at shipping your product efficiently.

Shipstation saves us HUGE amounts of time fulfilling orders. In particular, we love the automation rules and filters. The only thing missing from making it a PERFECT app is the ability to apply filters to orders with multiple items.

I save a staggering amount of time each day using ShipStation. My only regret is that I didn't start using it a year ago when we first moved to Shopify.

Bottom line, Shipstation and it's discounts with shippers has easily paid for itself each month. Beyond that, the convenience of 1-stop shop for shipping has been invaluable, as are the shipping reports and the order-information memory. I wish it didn't sign me out all the time, but this is a minor gripe compared to the value Shipstation has delivered. Very happy with this app.

Shipstation is a must-have if you're processing more than 5 orders a week. It's saved me hours of tediously entering shipping information manually, and you get awesome discounts on shipping through Endicia and Express 1.

Great product. It has helped me with my shipping needs. Instead of going to multiple sites for my shipping needs I go to 1 place. Shipstation.

Ship Station has been a game changer for us - our order fulfillment times have been cut in half. The interface is intuitive and packed with great features. Ship Station enables one to do seemingly simple things (though things not always included in competitor's products) like printing large batches of shipping labels in the same order as your packing slips (seems simple but it wastes tons of time to have to collate on your own) and also more advanced things like editing the look and feel of the shipping confirm email that goes out to a customer when their order ships. Overall, we're super pleased we made the jump to Ship Station. Highly recommended for any growing business!

awesome shipping management software!!! really great. i use it daily to fulfill my orders (that come in also from ebay and amazon) i would recommend it to anyone. one really useful feature for me is the fulfillment slider. on one (apple-stlye) flick of a 'slider' interface - i ship myself or from my amazon warehouse - automatically, one click. no problem. so smooth!

ShipStation has been a quality app that has reduced the time I spend on creating packing slips and shipping labels to only a few clicks each week. Well integrated with Shopify, the set up was quick and I have encountered no problems thus far after using it for two months now.

I love this app! It has streamlined my shipping process and has cut the time I spent on my shipping in half. I only wish I had found it sooner. Definitely worth the monthly investment between the discounted shipping rates and time savings.

Heard about ShipStation from a buddy of our at Premier Fits. They went through many different shipping problems and all was resolved via Shopify!!! Signed up and it has been smooth sailing since!! Thanks Shopify!!!

Before ShipStation we were processing orders manually and very slowly. We processed with USPS, FedEx, and PixelPrint. ShipStation has allowed us to DRASTICALLY decrease the amount of time we spend on creating labels and shipping orders. We HIGHLY recommend this App.

ShipStation has allowed us to streamline our company's shipping and manage all orders - from Shopify and Amazon - in one place. Before ShipStation we were manually creating labels through USPS.com, which not only was laborious, but resulted in many input errors. ShipStation has been a welcomed solution to our business!

This app was a game changer. Usually when working with anything this complicated you run into bugs, or a learning curve that is slightly annoying BUT ShipStation is spot on. Such a well done tool that really does everything you could want to fulfill your orders way more efficiently than anything Shopify provides.

This app is great, I used to write all the addresses by hand now all I have to do is print and tape to the box. Saves me a lot of time. Well worth it.

My experience with ShipStation has been beyond incredible so far. For the last 2 years, I have been basically manually shipping through www.usps.com and printing invoices through PixelPrinter. Talk about long and tedious shipping hours! After a little research, I stumbled upon ShipStation's 30 day trial... and I didn't look back. Our shipping time has been cut down by at least 75%. I can make print 30 invoices, custom ship 30 orders, get full reports on shipping costs, label batches, etc.... all in about 10 minutes and for only $45 a month. I don't mind paying a little extra to be able to personalize our invoices, etc. The only issue I've had... is with their Pick Lists... If there are 50 items to pick... instead of showing the 50 items and the quantity of each... there is a system error... because only one pops up... with the number 50 (qty). When that glitch gets fixed... ShipStation will be just about perfect! This shipping app has allowed our shipping to be faster and more efficient... now shipping can be done in house... for a fraction of the time!
