WORST WORST WORST I would like to draw youd kind attention that the courier company XPRESSBEES is practicing UNETHICAL, BASELESS, UNFAIR business both with shiprocket and us. It's the second time that we received an amount of more than ₹5k being held by shiprocket because of FAKE weight discrepancies rased by XPRESSBEES. I really want to know the procedure how they are measuring the packages sent by us. They are just uploading a fake, man-made data to manipulate and push the weight slab from 0.5kg to 1kg. Hereby I claim that all datas or weights given in the weight discrepancies panel is FAKE and MAN MADE. I NEED PROOF of:- 1. In which basis the packages are measured. 2. What machineries were used? 3. Who measured the packages? What is the name and designation of that person? If XPRESSBEES cannot provide these answers they are just trying to break ethical standards of logistics business and also hampering relationship of shiprocket clients. I request shiprocket team to take strict action against this kind of UNETHICAL practices and XPRESSBEES should be banned from shiprocket if found guilty. Now we have to pay ₹5000extra FOR NO REASON just to carry forward our shippings. I am declaring I am going to discontinue all relationship with shiprocket if my issues not answered within 24 hours and also bring XPRESSBEES and SHIPROCKET to court and social media for practicing UNETHICAL business. We have been a customer with Shiprocket since 7 months and the service provided by my account manager Sarika is commendable. She has helped us with all our queries seamlessly. She has always helped us in everyone issue that we face.

Apps Integration with Shopify is 8/10. APPs UI/UX is best among all available apps at least in the Indian market for logistic support. Better pricing and discounts on shipments are available on other platforms as well so that is 8/10. Highest courier partners tie-ups in industry 10/10. Customer support or technical support is not that great I receive a call from Aman ( my POC ) immediately but after that issue resolution is slow, That needs to be improved 7/10.

Really like this app. They have everything in one place. The user platform is very good and easy to handle. And great support from Sarika, our representative, really helps us in all technical and non technical challenges.

Easy to understand panel and quick support. Mr. Nirvikar and Mr. Raushan Raza helped me with the whole setup very efficiently. Recommended. Pricing could have been a bit better.

great experience !!!there has been some hiccups recently and all those issues were solved by key account manager Gurjot that have been recently assigned to my account . He is really patient and solved all the problems i had .

All the 4-5 stars ratings are probably fake. Had a very bad experience with this company. Never use this app you don't wsnt to end up in a bad situation...

This platform is very easy to use with Shopify. Shiprocket is best app for courier facility they offer you the best price and best courier facility. my account manager Gurjot Singh Bhela is very supportive.

We are using this app for a while and shipped 6000+ shipments with their tool. We are on Enterprise plan and been assign with dedicated support manager Mr. Sanjay Malik. I must say he is responsive to any issue we have and trying to solve that on priority basis. Still, there is a room for improvement for their dashboard and if they work on, this platform will become the default shipment dashboard for Indian sellers for sure. We are recommending this tool for bulk orders placement. It's easy and user friendly.

This is the best shipping app available in India . Trust me i have used many shipping apps but this is the best tat there is. The best feature is their customer support. Go for premium plans as you get dedicated account managers and NDR support. Another great feature is NDR panel where you can track the not delivered shipments and you can give instructions to the couriers from the panel itself.

Shiprocket has made our work simpler and the automated system for processing the orders and notification going to the customers has enabled us to give better customer fulfillment. Having the dedicated account manager is an added slice on the cake.

worst ever experience. We regret using shiprocket services. the worst part a) fraud weight discrepancies - this is their way to earn money b) pathetic customer service- you can't contact the courier directly for your customer's tracking and then shiprocket doesn't respond . you are left to fend yourself . .. and many more issues - a long list.
