Using the app for almost a 9 months now and there are several issues with weight discrepancies and non-delivery due to delivery agents carelessness mainly with these "xpressbees " courier partner my point is that anyone who wants a shipping partner never tie up with shiprocket better to find some other. If u have no choice and have to use then Remove cheating courier company xpressbees from shipping portal and use it mainly if we have a customer relationship manager then its maybe useful. But i am not sure for whom, My relationship manager is Ayushi she is waste and fit for nothing very bad in every way possible she does absolutely nothing related to our shipping issues a total waste. So guys, if you need a shipping partner best, don't use shiprocket and if u do so never ask for Ayushi as your Relationship Manager.

No wonder it's a good app but when you need any help, in general, their responding time is more than 2 days, who will wait for 2 days or to hold any products, I tried calling many times, firstly waiting time is more than 20 mins and even somehow you call connects then their representative automatically disconnects the call. overall customer service is very bad.

Horrible and worst experience ever.... 1) Account manager never picks the call 2) on most of shipment they charges extra on weight discrepancy which is not real 3) during locked down they keep sending mails for RTO and all and writes that if action is not taken than we will not able to claim charges in future. 4) They keep calling for upgrade and said we will serve better if you upgrade, after upgrade NO SERVICE - NO SUPPORT if this is not resolved will stop using shiprocket very soon. I am editing this again - even escalation is more worst than regular support. never got reply.

As long as you don't encounter any problems its a good app. But if you need customer service forget about it. No one answers the customer service number. Email? You will get more tickets than a bus conductor. It's like being on the high seas in a boat if it starts leaking you're on your own.

Review Update: July 17, 2020 Apparently they have migrated me to a FREE Lite Plan to their Pro plan and have issued a 3 month invoice to me for Rs.10,089. I addressed this with their call center and after being assured that the invoice will be canceled in 2 days (this was 5 days ago), they have suspended my account now disabling me from shipping out any of my orders. FIx your mess Shiprocket. You're dragging your name through dirt right now. Once again, I appeal to any competition out there. Read this. See the flaws and incompetence that their customers have to put up with on a regular basis. Please come up with something better. You can migrate each and every one of Shiprocket's dissatisfied customers to your platform. Review Update: June 06, 2020 Is there any competition in the shipping aggregator field even surveying and reading this. Please see what your competing against and reach out to me. I will gladly shift over in the blink of an eye if you offer even slightly better product and service. Shitrocket has reached rockbottom in terms of customer service. Their partners falsify delivery status updates, packages don't get delivered and even with supporting proof from the recipient Shitrocket fails to locate the package, provide insurance/compensation towards lost/unreturned packages or even waiver the shipping charges (two way because they claim to have initiated return of undelivered packages to me). So now I,m left with a forever diminishing wallet balance and ten in thousands of rupees in misplaced/unreturned shipments. Review Update: December 27, 2019 I have been failed miserably by Shiprocket for International Shipments. They make me migrate to a subscription model charging about US$32 per month and then I was consistently faced with problems. Even with having all Export documents in place and completed KYC with DHL and Aramex, I was unable to get my shipments dispatched through Shitprocket. It has been 5 months now on the $32 plan and have not yet been able to ship even one consignment internationally. Moving back to the free version for domestic shipping. I don't need to deal with this circus again for shipping internationally. There are other option to consider. Shitrocket: You can shove it! your petty excuses and justifications are full of shit. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Review Update: August 7, 2018 The overcharging issue by courier partners has been resolved and an assurance has been given that future instances like that will reduce drastically. I'm hopeful for that. I was suggested to use Delhivery as they have more lenience in terms of volumetric weight, however, there is still a lot of delays in terms of picking up and updating delivery statuses from Delhivery. So looks like I will be sticking my neck out and opting for a more timely courier service like FedEx or XpressBees and only hope that I don't face any more unnecessary overcharges. I have definitely been impressed by the followup action led by Sachin from Shiprocket and so have increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars. You can definitely expect a better rating once you tighten your reigns with the courier partners as that is where you are still falling short. On the downside, the customer service and response rate is outright awful. The courier partners often end up charging double and sometimes triple based on what they claim is volumetric weight. Several emails, chats and calls to the Shiprocket customer support have fallen on deaf ears. What you can be sure to receive are standard scripted emails and messages. So if you plan on using shiprocket, take the average shipping rate and increase by 30% to arrive at a more realistic rate.

I tried this app for a day and booked 3 orders, none of which were picked up even 4 days later. Even the customer care has no clarity about the issue. This is only going to create more angry customers. I would recomen using another app or directly collaborating with Delhivery or Ecom.

Worst company. First off all so many RTO orders. The courier companies are not even attempting to deliver the products to customer. Giving fake reasons that customer rejected without even calling them for a delivery. Plus they are making money with weight issues where in all the dimensions and weight correctly mentioned. My company is in loss due to shiprocket service. Even though Mr Gurjot Singh Bhela our representative really helps us in all the technical and non technical challenges, the company just tries to make money from unwanted weight and rto issues.

I have always got a immediate response from her regarding any query and that is the kind of service we expect. We have few more concerns and I am sure Deepika will take good care of those concerns and help us to strive for the best. We had a fairly difficult start with Shiprocket. The Shopify orders would automatically sync. But arranging for pickups on time, packages being randomly made RTO and unfair weight discrepancy charges had almost made us stop using the platform. Our requests to Shiprocket support would take a long time to get a human response. However, in the last couple of months. We were assigned a dedicated account manager (Gurjot Bhela) and things seem to have become better. In spite of lockdowns across several states, Gurjot has been been there to help and support us and always does more than what his job requires him to do, be it helping out on holidays or late at nights. This has helped us streamline our operations. Still, there is always room for improvement, especially with the Shopify Panel. Allowing splitting of shipments for orders created from Shopify, automatically integrating Shopify Warehouses with Shiprocket Pickup locations, having default values set for shipment dimensions, inheriting changes made on Shopify orders into the Shiprocket panel to name a few. That being said, it is a good tool when you handle a large shipment volume like us. I recommend them for a mid to large sized company.

Being a new e-commerce seller we have a lot of challenges daily. This company is the worst, I don't know how they are getting away doing absolutely nothing. Don't be fooled. They are only good in SEO promoting their company on Google and we small businesses get trapped with this company. You'll Have to keep raising tickets and waiting for hours to speak to a customer support executive. They are unprofessional. Can't handle simple tasks. I request the new online sellers to never even think of going for this company. You'll have unnecessary headaches and unwanted frustrations that's got nothing to do with your actual business. I also please request shopify to ban this company seriously. They are spoiling the reputation of shopify and this company doesn't deserve to be on this platform. ship this rocket away from earth. Cont 2:- reply to developers reply. That is exactly my point,You people only keep wondering what went wrong,cause you are not capable of handling simple tasks. 1. why would you take a shipment that cannot be delivered? 2.I have multiple orders with delivery person OUT FOR PICKUP for the past 15 days.Nobody has come to collect the order but you people promptly deduct the money.now like a fool i have to keep calling,mailing and sending you tickets to cancel the order and i dont even want to bother to initiate the refund. That'll take me years. 3.customer support hangs up and puts you on hold for minimum 30 minutes. Its frustrating. 4.I dont think you realize for an ecommerce seller its not always about profit and money.We want to retain customers and give them a hassle free and easy experience.Because of your company I get a bad reputation and bad service reviews. I dont want to spend my time apologizing to customers all day due to your incompetence. Shiprocket is a great courier aggregator and have been helpful especially in the lockdown. Our contact in Shiprocket Sarika has been extremely helpful in keeping us operational during these tough conditions. But I am changing my rating now due to their unreasonable process of weight disputes. Falsely charging a 200 gm packet as 1.5 Kgs and then putting the onus on us to disprove this ridiculous claim. The process of claim also makes no sense. Every month they are taking away few thousand rs of our COD payment. Its almost like a scam. The courier partners should give proof that our weights are wrong but instead they expect us to employ one person full time to sit and dispute these ridiculously false claims.

You will be too stressed out, extremely tired of wasting a lot of your time on this tool not to ease operations but to solve issues raised by the tool itself, financially overburdened cos it sucks too much money for all wrong reasons and absolutely very little value addition provided by them for the money taken, so much so that you will regret for having started your business at the 1st place if you use these kind of tools as a support system thinking that it will aid in smooth operations. We have ended up losing huge money in false weight cases, always! our 200gms product cost itself is 350Rs, shipment cost added by Shiprocket is 350-400Rs!! we take utmost care of our COD orders by calling each of the customer and confirming the order before dispatching it, in spite of that the return rate is extremely high, RTO rates (25 to 40%). the customer calls and says he really wants to get the products and is ready to collect it, the delivery does not contact the customer and Shiprocket does nothing about it, it charges for the shipment 50-60 plus charges for the COD 40Rs (even for the orders that have not been delivered and is returned back to us!! (90 to 120 RS. is gone for each shipment!!) All they do is keep us waiting in the customer support calls for 10 to 15days, take no action for issues raised in tool or mail. How does an ecommerce survive with such shipping tool and service? Are they here to kill small businesses or to help them grow? It's high time you (Shiprocket) correct your services if you all are really genuine about being in the market and helping businesses, else in times like these it will be too difficult for the running businesses to bear losses like these. We are surely opting out of Shiprocket till these issues are fixed, we also pray that you correct your business flaws and do well.
