When it comes to Shopify apps, Support is crucial. I have used their support a few times and it has always been great but today I got in touch with a particular problem that was slightly more complicated. I got in touch with Jenifer through live chat and she offered a Zoom meeting to clarify the issue. This was a step above any support I have received in the past and she kept me on the call while she figured out a solution. Really pleased and thanks again, Jenifer.

Barath was an amazing help setting up the app. The app, by nature, is a little complex as with any shipping apps so if you do download, be sure to book a set up call with them and they will get the app set up within 10 mins in real time! Highly recommend

This shipping app is amazing. Super easy to setup and the customer support is really on point. Barath helped me out to setup the app so it was pretty straight forward to setup the rest of shipping cost for us.

Really versatile properties for complex shipping calculations. Amazing support reacting fast and really improving the app if requested! Shipping origin definition by Shopify seems to be inconsistent and causes problems but this app works just great on the data it receives from Shopify.
