Best search app in the game. We use it for multiple stores, and they are always highly flexible in the customization of the functions and layout.

We have had very good experiences with Searchanise. After installing the app, of course, we had to add some CSS to override the app styles and to get closer to the design, but all the rest was configurable in the app, and everything was very clear there. App limitations are standard (e.g. the application is unable to display product-badges in search results). To sum up, for search apps that are usually hard to work with, Searchanise was really good. In addition, the app has great support, which responded quickly and willingly extended the trial period in the development store.

This is an excellent app to enhance the search function on your store. There is a huge amount of customisation that can be made within the settings, and for anything further such as unique requests the support team could not be more helpful. Very satisfied with this app and the developers and will be using Searchanise for a long time to come. Thanks

Great app, completely transformed my collection pages as well as the search function on my store. Support helped me all along the way.

They did something to my store and haven't fixed it yet. Product pics don't come up properly on collection pages and there is still weird lines in between products which I told them to fix but no update. They keep sending automated messages and close the ticket. It's not acceptable.

support is really great at responding quickly and helping with any modifications. They have been able to help us so far with anything we have wanted to change.

I've been using the product for years. Recently they "upgraded" their plans and unless you change to a new plan they'll delete your account. I hate when companies force you into upgrades that you don't need. I mean it's only $77 a year increase but it's a dirty practice that all the app developers seem to be doing now. I'll stay with it for now but might look for other options.

Searchanise raised the cost after I subscribed so I moved to rapidsearch. I like it better as a product, it has a stronger feature set and is priced quite a bit more competitively. Despite uninstalling the search anise app, unsubscribing from their emails, repeatedly asking them to leave me alone, and filing a support ticket to figure out why none of these steps worked they still send me unsolicited emails. Regret not exploring other alternatives before I gave these folks my email address

This app has massively improved our search results compared to the standard Shopify search bar. Support has also been great, helping us modify it to suit our store

Search and filters work much better than they do for my biggest competitors. Support (Iyla and Vladimir) are very responsive and helpful in getting the app to be correctly set up to meet my needs

We asked for help in changing the title of the search page and the title tag in the source code. The support team cleared everything up. They were a great team!

I use this app more than 3 years for 2 shops, all is working good, a lot of options and good analytics for search. Support is fast. Prices/value the best on market.

We used this app for about 1-2 years, its pretty good and full of options. They've changed their pricing about 3 times, doubling ths cost most of the time. Way too costly for what it is, we are done with it. We triied to reach customer support and they have no control on it, cant help.

Not going to lie. The search is good and works. The collection filters, however, are confusing and hard to set up. It is a frustrating process. I did not find anywhere in the app where I could change the font type/size for my filters or search pages. I went through their docs. Something as simple as that that should take a minute becomes a time-consuming task. The boostcommerce app is superior for filtering and is much more user-friendly. I do not recommend this app for product filters. The search results page also looks a bit like windows 95 and needs to be customized via CSS to make it look decent (more time). Another negative is that you don't have a chat. The support team is responsive (it might take a couple of days), but boy, you will have questions. Email might not be the best channel. I'd recommend the devs take filters more seriously and add user-friendly configuration options so everything can be set up easily. No need to spend as many hours trying to understand how everything works or require CSS work for small changes. Update: increasing from 2 to 4 stars. Support worked with me to set things up. I'm still unsure if I will use this app for collection filtering, but they were keen to help and did their best.

Words can't express how above and beyond the staff/techs go to help you out with practical customizations. I highly recommend this app mostly because of the support you get along with it.
