Fantastic continuous support from Julia @ Searchanise, love the new sweet label functions in both search widgets!

Been using this app for years now. The search still works great and customer support is amazing. We have been able to customize the look and feel of our search and responses have been quick and accurate. We would absolutely recommend this app for someone looking for a new search app with a lot of functionality and outstanding customer support.

The app overall is quite good, but the recent rate hike is unfortunate & we're looking for a replacement. For us, the monthly price more than doubled. $19/mo minimum for site search is just asking too much.

We added this app to our store at the beginning of November, and although this app displays a help chat time of just 7 minutes for example - you regularly have to wait 6 hours to get a response. Extremely frustrating service - when nothing can be answered quickly. Also the app does not allow you to make bulk changes easily - so making changes to a large catalogue is very time consuming. If you have a large store with multiple variants - the 'in stock' filter does not work alongside the 'size' filter - which defeats its purpose surely??

I researched reviews on many Search-apps. A couple of them I installed then uninstalled. But when I found Smart Search & Instant Search I was thrilled. The program is very easy to get up and running with quickly. I did not need technical support. Its back-end is organized intuitively. The product works beautifully. It has heightened my search capability to a whole new level. I can see in my site statistics, this is already driving an increase in business. I highly recommend this product. UPDATE on 12/12/202 - I recently worked with their support team for a migration from my 1.0 theme, to a new 2.0 Shopify theme. They were wonderful to work with and helped me with some customizations. I continue to highly recommend this app!

i think....,no wait, I'M SURE this is the best ever filter app i tried. Most important thing: wonderful support. Naturally we would like having a real time support, but sometime they need some hours to answer, specially in the Black Friday or Christmas period, but this is normal. By the way, the app is 100% customizable, and the support team can apply all the desired changes without any negative impact on the site performances. The customer service is not as good as before. Still awaiting for the reply of our questions sent a week ago.

VERY BAD SERVICE, Dont use this app, They are not replying to our emails for many days, we asked for some changes to the filters in our store, They Messed up our website, we are asking them to fix the issues and no respond. NEVER NEVER INSTALL THIS APP.
