This app has been updated in July 2022. It is now a complete mess. We have it pulling items from one of our websites and putting them on another, which the shouldn't be on. Some collections are showing all stock instead of the collection. Support is hopeless. We loved this app - I dont understand why IT people have to mess with stuff that isnt broken. I cannot say enough good things about this app. It fixed issues we didnt even know we had. Makes our website so much better, and for such a low fee. Very excited about this product. Update: Still loving it in 2022.

I think I've tried every search & filter app on Shopify with utter disappointment until I found this one: it's pretty and it's simple to use. Ecommerce can put you down sometimes, but when you find these gems, things get a little lighter.

Initially tested the app and now run it on all our shopify stores. It is the user experience of much more expensive solutions, it is ridiculously simple to install, and support is fast and helpful when required.

We've been using Smart Search & Filter for a few weeks now and it's a huge improvement over the standard Shopify search! The suggestions dictionary feature is brilliant, and customising the widget and search pages to match our branding was super easy.

App performance well and the support team is always helpful for any requests. There is nothing to complain about.

I have been facing some currency issues and trying to contact the team but not getting any response. This is quite a critical issue that needs to be resolved but help support is quite poor.

This is a great application to ensure you dont get random search results and you can better understand what people are searching for (to improve your customer journey). It is easy to install, takes almost no time to understand and the search results are lightning fast. I was tired of contacting our developers and asking them to hide some pages from our search. Now we can easily do this through Smart Search. One of the best apps i have installed. This will completely sort out your store search function if your interested in doing that.

We've used this app with great results for many years now. The other day something happened however, and the app ceased to work temporarily. I contacted the Searchanise Support team and they resolved the problem in less than 4 hours of us granting them access to our store to fix the problem. On top of this, the level of customer service was 5 star too. We were kept up-to-date with what was happening and were even given an explanation of what caused the problem at the end of the process. Very impressed, would highly recommend!

I've added this app to help customers navigate through a large inventory easily, and it seems to be worth the investment. I love how it intelligently and seamlessly interprets incorrect spelling to take customers straight to where they intended to search and shop. Definitely recommend for a site with big inventory.

The functionality is great, the filtering and searches are much more powerful than the native themes and the cost is very reasonable. The Smart Search & Filter app has been an awesome discovery and a real game changer for my store. Even with the best 2.0 overly expensive Shopify themes, this Searchanise app improves the search, particularly for collection pages. I've faced a few customisation issues with the app over the last few months to get it working just as I wanted and the Searchanise team were so helpful each and every time.
