The app is great and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or others that would consider using a product option choice. The best feature to help users is the chat, definitely a quicker response in lieu of email. Chatting is the best for communicating with customer service to get the quality help you need.

This is a great app. Does exactly what I need for.

Generally as advertised and the support was quite good. Certainly a useful app for many reasons...but unfortunately we can't give this a great review overall. -The app costs money to install, which isn't the case with several of the alternatives. -The app was more tedious and cumbersome to use than the app we ended up going with. -More expensive per month than the app we ended up using, particularly if you need the "premium" features. -Not as versatile at modifying prices as the app we ended up using. -Charges extra for features that are included as standard with some other apps. -Bold repeatedly asks people to write 5-star reviews, which gets a bit annoying. We fiddled around with this app for a while and ultimately ended up going with Unlimited Product Options by OnlyGrowth.

I don't know what I would do without this app. It is so easy to use and has saved me hours of work!

This app solves a million problems and allows you to make more money, easily. It's easy to use, easy to change on the fly, and a great experience for your customers. Some of the best money you'll spend is on Product Options!

Five stars for the product and the support team. This app comes with step by step instructions for how to install the liquid code updates yourself. I am by no means a coder, and I was able to easily follow them. I tripped up in one area and Bold was able to fix it for me overnight. On a Friday, discovered an issue with how the customized product was handled in the cart that would not work for my store. The support team was very receptive and had an update delivered Monday morning. These guys and gals are very responsive!

We have used this app for several months now and it really does save time! Very easy to use and the customer support team is very responsive. Would recommend if you have lots of variations of products.

Amazing App!! It saved me prob over 50 hours bec my site has tons of diff options. The only prob is that it doesnt work with every theme so make sure your theme works with this app.

Great app, we use it heavily on our website, SensorPros.com. Dropdown menus are a must for complex product configurations, which for some of our products is in the hundreds of thousands!

These guys have the best support ever! Very knowledgeable and helpful. App works great, super easy to customize and to implement. Would recommend to anyone on shopify. I am looking forward to trying out their other apps.
