I was unable to run the app because I encountered some serious problems. First of all to install the qpp you need to manually change a lot of files. It wasn;t big of a problem for me but it may be very troublesome for less experienced users. Second of all, after installing the app its control panel turned out to be very unresponsive and chaotic. > It didn't let me close a bold "bold install services" banner, even though I disabled adblock (sometimes causes issues) and repeatedly tapped button that should hide it. > It didn't let me add options to products with certain types (the app didn't find any, even though they are set), wrongly searches in titles (search for "sink" found "dispenser" product) and doesn't even have an option to apply options to products with certain tags. > after setting up an option I had to restart the app panel to be able to go to the next steps of the configuration. > it doesn't have a color swatches which were very important for me. The app was for me very problematic and unusable.

I had no idea how much I needed this until I installed it. It's a fantastic product with tremendous customer service. I had a small issue with configuration and MC and Lawrence solved my problem painlessly, quickly, and completely. If I could give them six stars, I gladly would! Highly recommended!

Brilliant. Paid the $40 (£30) for the installation - totally worth it if have any reservations on installing yourself. Very easy to configure, looks great on the pages and no doubt improves buyers shopping experience.

We are using product options to allow our customers flexibility in the variants that they choose in their gift baskets. We use this on almost every product to allow our customers to choose their favorite scents, or flavors of products to go into the gift box. Although they didn’t offer everything I wanted Bold product options definitely deserves a great review for performing where it matters – tech support! I had issues with the self-install on a premium theme and found the pro-install service spot on. Making full use of product options premium features I did come across a couple of bugs but both got resolved. No.1 shortcoming for me is the fact that if you have options on a product that effect base price, you don’t get a ‘from’ price on the product thumbnails within collections pages (it just shows base price e.g. '$50' rather than 'From $50') – not the best customer experience if those options can dramatically affect the final purchase price. Sort that out and you'll get a 5th star :)

I LOVE PRODUCT OPTIONS BY BOLD!!! Overview: A bit confusing at first, but now functions PERFECTLY. AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! Couldn't be happier. Detail: I have now been using Product Options for about a month and am still in the 'free trial' period. At first, the application did not operate how I had envisioned. I wanted customers to be able to choose a quantity in the product listing and have that change the price (more you buy, lower the price gets). The 'first tier' customer support team (special thanks to TAMER), replied to my concern immediately and put me in contact with the second tier support team. DAVID was amazing and worked efficiently and effectively to make my idea a reality, implementing several customized features... FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE! Not only does the application do everything I could have hoped, the customer service was beyond amazing. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this to anyone needing robust product options!!!

It does most things it promises but not all. I could not customize pricing especially if linking to inventory. The initial customer support was okay but I had to contact them thru chat after having a ticket opened. And when they had to refer me to a higher tier for help, I didn't hear from anyone until 8 days later. But by then I ended up having to remove pricing and using quickbooks for inventory tracking. It's limited and you have to rebuild links to options for separate products even if the have the same basic options.

This app is GREAT! We were using infinite options, a free app to allow us to have the variety of drop downs we needed for our product pages, but there was literally NO back-end to that app, so we weren't able to monitor inventory or stop selling specific options if we were out. This app allows us a lot more flexibility! I have just started using the app and so i'm sure I will learn more about it and the functionality I can take advantage of for my store. The BEST part is, BOLD customer service is absolutely AMAZING, I had SO MANY questions and I received same day (if not same hour) response time from them. They have an easy way to schedule a tutorial and live call with someone that will help explain all of the app's capabilities in terms that relate to your specific needs. I received such incredible personalized customer service from Alexa and feel confident if I do run into any issues or questions, she will be there to help! Thanks BOLD, you guys rock!
