We use this app to offer our specific hemming options, but were having some issues in getting our options to perform the way that we were hoping. I spoke with Daniel Peter-Salawu in the help chat and he was able to go into our shopify/bold account and help us to get everything straightened out in no time! He was extremely helpful and worked very fast to provide us with solutions. Very happy with the app and the customer support we received!

Would have been a good product, but be warned that it is NOT compatible with shipstation. If you are using a third party shipping software, this app will not work for you. We learned that the hard way and they do not mention it anywhere in the software.

I had an issue with upload file option and so contacted to support. Dylan was very helpful and willing to help best he could. He could immediately identify the cause of issue so it was very smooth interaction and the issue was resolved quickly. He is not only very willing to do his best to help, but also very knowledgable when talking about technical stuff. I would be pretty confident to recommend the app to my friends and whoever needs such service. Thank you Dylan and Bold team again!

I have been using this app for a few years now and it has always been a great way for me to add the many options we offer to our products. The app allows me to add items at no extra cost for choice of application or to add items with extra costs. Some of my products have 10+ options added in. The app is Great! A few months ago we made some upgrades to our theme and had some SEO work done and I noticed that my site began showing the hidden options for our Bold app in our search bar. I reached out to Bold and Dylan immediately responded and took care of the issue and when he wasn't sure on the final fix he escalated the issue to the next level and they promptly fixed the issue. The site is working and the app is working and all is good. Thank you Dylan and Bold for a great team and a great app!

Bold is an absolute pivotal integration for my store and I've been impressed with it since the team first installed it. The app is fantastic and I genuinely cannot fault the customer service - they're both quick to respond and action.

We've been using Product Options for several years and it has been consistently fantastic! We've been able to build complex entry forms with 80+ fields and conditional logic. It all works perfectly with some nice customization features. Bold support is always great as well. I recently reached out for a support issue and Alina got back to me within a couple of hours with a follow up and mock up of what would be done to resolve my issue. Once I approved the mock up and granted extended permissions to Bold, Alina implemented the change almost immediately. Another FANTASTIC experience with Bold!

Daniel is a legend beyond legends. We have been using Bold apps for a long long time now and recently did a major overhaul of our site. Daniel has been there every step of the way pre & post-launch to ensure that the PO integration works seamlessly for the end-user. Cannot reccommend enough.

I hsve been using Product Options for a few weeks and great experience. More importantly the support is great and top quality

It doesn't work. I tried using it in 2 different stores and both times it simply brings you back to the starting screen where you have to enter your URL. Should you need to manually install it, there was no prompt to do so.
