Unbelievable. Update: 23.02.18 - My customers are still not able to redeem any points. After working with BOLD support for over a month, they still have not installed their app properly on my Turbo theme. I understand that each theme is different, but if I were to install a script on a website, I would make sure the site is functioning properly before I declare the installation to be complete. At least 3 different installations left a script on my site that caused major page load problems. This error was very visible on both the home and product pages. Bold eventually admitted that one of their staff was responsible for the improper installation. Today, users have no patience for websites with poor load speeds or inadequate performance. In a study done by Akamai, almost three-quarters of respondents (74%) will abandon after waiting five seconds for a mobile site to load, 57% have experienced problems when accessing a mobile site and 46% would NOT return to a poor functioning site. The stats are in, a month of template issues cause by faulty installs have directly affected conversions. It is now the day after Black Friday. I had hoped that the loyalties app would be visible to new customers to help with conversions. The customers were there, the app was not as the loyalties options were not visible. After paying $99 for the app and installation fees, for template updates, this app can become very expensive. After a month of BOLD support, to be left with an app that is not fully functional for Black Friday is unacceptable. I would not recommend BOLD apps for any Out of the Sandbox themes. Before you purchase, make sure you are aware of additional install fees as they can get costly for a new store. I am sorry BOLD, I do NOT recommend your products. https://www.kinkytoy.store

I LOVE Bold App Products!! This is by far the best loyalty program I have used! My customers are LOVING it, which makes it so worth every penny. They love racking up points so they can spend them in the super easy way that Bold has it setup!! No codes they have to keep track of or enter!! Never going back!

My customers are actually excited about earning rewards again. For some reason I didn't find this app right away and ended up trying like, EVERY OTHER REWARDS APP IN THE APP STORE. How I didn't even see this one in this hunt is beyond me. But all the others... total damn duds. Glitches, oddball calculations, not accurately crediting customers. Total stressful mess that I was ready to throw in the towel on the whole thing. But I decided to do ONE MORE search for an app and found Loyalty Points. It's been aces ever since. I just added it so it hasn't created new sales just yet but the buzz is great in my facebook customer group. They are excited to get started! The Bold team hooked up my code for this app super fast. Like, no waiting hardly at all.

It's a pretty robust app. We just recently launched, so I can't say how well it drives people to buy, yet. It is loaded with features, but you do have to edit a lot of the files.

Fantastic app! Fantastic support. I tried to install it myself and ran into a couple problems down to my themes design. After contacting Bold using the links they provide, they carried out a full install and got it all working smoothly. The program itself is loaded with features and functions that help you manage every step of the program you offer. Tiered rewards, bonus points and the fact that it only charges you for active users are all a plus for the program. Used in conjunction with Bolds other apps, its an absolute must have.

I absolutely love this addition to my clothing site. The basic plan is free and is already making sales seem more appealing. It’s very efficient and easy to use. I can definitely build my brand with bold and I recommend it to anyone with a startup business who wants to give their site more appeal!

I had a few issues regarding installation and usage of the app. I was on big hurry to get this issues fixed and Shubhneet from Bold was extremely helpful and very fast to fix my problems and answer my questions. Great Service!

Our business works in the pet industry, with loyalty points we provide our customers the option to convert their earned points into a cash donation that we donate to local animal shelters and charities. We feel this has grown great awareness from family and friends so far, and after launch we expect positive feedback. 3rd app with Bold, customer service is fast, convenient, and knowledgeable. No complaints here.

We use over half of all BOLD apps for our store and this app has allowed us to exceed our competitor loyalty programs. We are able to offer a loyalty program similar to that of Shoppers Optimum Points where we can offer 2X points days, bonus points and other options which have really helped us increase sales! The only reason we give this 4 stars is due to the lack of Shopify POS integration at the moment. We were told they are working on it to be launched in the near future so we look forward to that day.

The installation instructions needs to point out that this app is not compatible with Shopify's phone number only accounts. I realize this is a new development but I was all the way through installation before I realized I could not use the application. I chatted with a support representative that said there was no plan to add this functionality to Bold Loyalty Points. That's too bad. I'm hoping she was misinformed.

As a small business owner I am always looking for ways to compete with national Brands to stand out. These apps have help me stand out against my local competition in a significant way. As I am just starting out and integrating all of Bold apps, I feel much more confident marketing my online store. Since most of my time is spent developing are brick-and-mortar business Bold has given me the confidence knowing that my store will be running smoothly and automatically upsell customers to include given them Smart Suggestions with the Bold Brain app. There are likely much more features that I am not taking full advantage of but as time goes on I plan to get deeper into the weeds and fully integrate these great apps.

Literally for most of my needs, they've got an app for it. I've tried many apps by BOLD, some I loved, some I didn't fit. For sure the support team has helped me out big time dealing with liquid installs. I have a lot to do with the store that and it really saves me time. Thanks always guys!

I love this app! I opted for the free installation instead of hazarding the code edits myself and Bold's support team installed it perfectly the first time within the estimate they provided. After-install support has been stellar, I've had opportunities now to deal with both Cole and MC and I have to say, its so refreshing to speak with real professionals who not only know whats going on and how their system works, but who also take the time to make sure you understand whats happening too. I would definitely recommend this app!

Good but missing: A) customizeable rewards that swell offers. (i.e reward for 5 purchases) B) Missing reward for instagram follow (both swell + Smile.io have it)

The_Cavy_Closet is community based. A lot of Guinea Pig owners are saving money to buy new fleece blankets and sharing about it on IG already so Loyality points is the perfect rewards system for my customers to earn "Cavy Carrots" by sharing, commenting and making purchases. I'm still making changes because it can get really specific, so having manual options is a really helpful way to increase value. There was a woman in a Shopify webinar who said Quantity Breaks is the secret sauce so that brought me to Bold and The Cavy Community around the world will benefit from both apps. Then she followed up with some examples of rewards pages in an email so I spent the day online shopping and thinking of creating my own points systems called Carrots. VERY GOOD APP I have it for only 2 days and the visual result is very interesting. for customer service, very good too. it is fast, friendly and efficient. if you are not a programmer, they do remote installation. thank you very much

My store will be open shortly, with loyalty points I got the main function of my site, that is, the accumulation of points, after several days of searching between the shopify store and google was always this name ... loyalty points by bold, I believed it was just a very publicized app, when I installed it I found out that it did all the functions I needed. Allow customers to accumulate a virtual currency (the foundation of my store) to pay by paying with the virtual currency, plus sending e-mails fully customizable whenever the user interacts with the app ... all this at the amazing price of $ 0, or at least, the payment structure of this app I adore, as it asks to be paid only when it has generated customers, ie gains for the store and at that time pay 10 , $ 20 or $ 30 is no longer a problem, let's say that the opportunity for everyone to take advantage of his potential and ask for the right to be paid at the right time.

Loyalty Points as been a great addition to our store, www.manemanagement.com. Our customers love the app even though they have no idea of the inner workings. It just works seamlessly with our store!

When customers see they can earn loyalty points, and use them for discounts, or even free products, it creates a very positive environment for our customers.The positive environment is important, not just for those on the store site, but for word-of-mouth advertising too. We also find that by following up with an email on shoppers with abandoned carts, and pointing out how our loyalty points can benefit them, we are able to sell products that may have otherwise never been purchased.
