The support I received from Jel was fast, clear, and resolved my issue. She also went above and beyond to make sure that a couple other matters she noticed were addressed as well - which she did NOT have to do. it’s not logical for your app to get paid for orders that I have generated myself. I run ads > get customer orders > in this case, what benefit does your app provide to justify being paid? New to Shopify and got an education about apps and what they really included. Looked at 6 different Loyalty Point Apps and Rivo was clearly the best. Not even a close call. Very versatile, easy to set up and great support. I was sold on the app but had a few questions about how I could offer the program that I wanted to set up.
