Super happy with the App. Sometimes a little tricky but the customer service is on point! Abbie & Jel helped me very quick and were super friendly. More than glad that I decided to get this App especially for the excellent customer service ♥ Oh and another vote that the tier rewards should be more like "lifetime" I have for example at 500 points the silver tier with "free shipping" and I would be happy if it would be a lifetime thing for my customers. Not a "one time reward" Jel helped me and gave me the idea to put multiple rewards into this tier, but lifetime would be awesome! :) Thank you for the amazing feedback! Dan provided exceptional customer service. Polite, timely and helpful. I got my issue resolved quite quickly. Furthermore, my issue was a technical issue which is notorious for taking time.
