We haven't used the app to it's fullest yet, but the support team (especially Arianne) are AMAZING! I've tested nearly 5 loyalty apps, and none of them come close to Rivo. Rivo is fully customizable, is flexible, and most importantly, has the best support team!! Plus, Arianne was able to gave me perks that will make our experience with this app the best it can be. This app is a much better upgrade compared to the previous loyalty app I had before. Their pricing is much more competitive with all the features given!
