The supporting team is excellent, very quick response and helpful. Especially shouting out for Jel. All the features are easy to use. And the app is with great value. I really like the idea of tiered loyalty programme. The only thing is I really want the feature that the customer could have discount on every order they make once they reach certain tier rather than one-time off discount.
