Best customer service! Thank you for all your help getting us set up and customizing the app for us!

I just implemented it. It was very confusing to onboard compared to my original returns platform, but their CS was super fast, set everything up for me the way I needed and showed me where I could go to edit it myself later. I am very impressed with their support and look forward to seeing how the platform works for my customers.

We were struggling with the manual process of approving customer requests at one place and then arranging for pickup at other place. It involved lot of our time only segregating requests, understanding the issue, that's when Return Prime came to our rescue, not only it removed the manual process but also made it an easy experience for our team to manage the returns and exchanges of the orders.. The support team is also very supportive! A must have app.

Recently i was stuck in integration with one of the logistic partner and return prime chat support save my day.

Shubham was so helpful! I downloaded the app, he followed up within 24 hours after I integrated. Naturally I had some questions, so we scheduled a call for the next week in which he checked all of my settings with me in real time by screen sharing and we did a test order to ensure it works. Really satisfied with the service, the user experience looks friendly, and now I just look forward to using it.

I amazed on how this app works, i just started to use it, and the main think I love is the Customer Service, I never had such a easy experience like now, these guys are quick and to the point, keep up with your great work.

I really like this return app! The set up is very easy but the customer service is also extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help you get everything ready for easy returns. The user interfaces very simple on the merchant side as well as the customer side. They also set it up so that it matches your website so everything looks seamless. I'm really happy with Return Prime!

This has been a great app, I wish we would have started using it earlier! Customer service has been very helpful with any questions I've had.

I just recently installed this app so I am still trying it out but so far it's pretty good. The app itself looks good not only to use but when it's integrated into your site. There are some small things where you may need to reach out to support for help on (for instance I was having trouble putting a link in for my refund policy) but their support responds quickly when online and the customer support is friendly and willing to help. I will update my review after I try it for a bit longer.

i had some issue to install this app on my store. then i opted for live chat with Marie-Claire. she was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my store. I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best things possible for my store and fixed all the issue on immediate effect. she excel at serving the clients. I like this app because it integrates a return section that my customers can easily have access to. The customer service is amazing as well. When I have a question, they are always available and efficient!

I've been pretty impressed with the proactive customer service. After app installation, you are guided with super easy steps for set up. I started engaging with Wonder (their chatbot) and immediately was provided with proactive assistance and answers. They even set up the link to my return policy page just to make I was covered. Later on I received an email double checking if everything was good on my end. One of the reasons I installed this app is because of the uploading photo feature and have an easy exchange and return process. If you think you might be the type of person who needs hand holding, try installing the app and have a conversation with Wonder.

9/10 actually. I have been using the app for like 6 months now and encountered some non-app-related but could-be-solved-by-app problems. E.g shopify archives orders automatically, and the customers cannot raise return request since their order is archived. Also the orders must be fulfilled before the customers try to raise a request. I mean I see the logic but not that practical :) But the help center is insane!!! I am not sure how the person works that efficient but there has been no issue that they can't solve. Responds real fast with real solutions.

Great application. Help a lot for the automatisation return. Easy to speak with them for amelioration or correction.

In building my store, I have added this app. It looks promising in helping solving issues with returns among many other actions. I will update later on the app and how it functions. Wonder, the wonderful agent, set it up for me super fast. It will take me a minute to understand all that this app can and will do. This to me seems to be a must have app. I will give an informed updated review at a later time.
