This app gives return AND EXCHANGE functionality for a great price. Other apps make you pay $$$ for both those features. Also, the app works really well and the onboarding experience was absolutely fantastic. They inject humor into the process to actually make it fun and funny along the way. The customer service is wonderful. I was so happy to find this app!

I cannot recommend Return Prime enough! I was struggling managing returns on my own and Return Prime is the perfect solution to my problems. Their team is super responsive and so helpful. They helped integrate Return Prime onto my storefront and were willing to hop on a call whenever I had questions. If you are looking to make your return process seamless and pain-free, this is the app for you!

I havent used it yet but the developer contacted me and explained every detail via google meeting. And setted up the app for meş And it seems like it is great to lead refunds and to build trust among customers. Also all functions are opened to the users. The difference between pro and free plan is the numbers of customers’ refund issues per month. You can decide to the plan according to your needs.

Good app. Simple to understand and support is second to none. We're a UK business with three warehouse locations. Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well. It has been about a month since we downloaded this app and are super pleased! Any question I have had has been addressed in a timely fashion by Wonder! The free option offers everything we need. Our website looks super clean and easy to navigate.

The person helping me, Wonder, was so patient with their responses and really direct me to better understand the product. They even helped to reorganize a page and add a hyperlink without my prompting. I really appreciate this person going above and beyond with their service!

We are switching to this app currently and while we initially ran into some bugs with our Shipstation integration and email notifications, the support we have received from the tech team has been phenomenal. I have never experienced such wonderful service with a software provider before.

The customer service while setting up the app was excellent - Shubham was really helpful in taking us around the app, as well as helping with some initial coding and set-up, with really quick response time. App has worked well so far on our live site.

Our company needed to switch return apps as our current one is being disconinuted soon. After researching all the different apps recommend by Shopify, we landed on Return Prime and couldn't be happier with the ease of use and integration with their app. Subham, one of their representatives, has already been extremely helpful and responsive in assisting us with the setup of their app and we look forward to working with them for years to come. Would highly recommend this app to any business.

I switched to Return Prime because my previous returns app on Shopify is shutting down. It LITERALLY took less than 10 minutes for the entire process.
