Recharge has been a nightmare for us from day 1. Their customer support has been non-existent, they refuse to help if you have other apps installed and blame everything that doesn't work on other apps - even though we paid a premium for 'priority' support. They don't support currency conversions, so discounts actually ADDED the value of the discount to the price. When we had complaints from our customers on how confusing the customer portal was, they charged $300/month to customize it, and you still have to pay a developer 1000s on top of that. After more than 2 years, we finally found another solution that works for us and we have never been so happy to get rid of an app than Recharge. Good Riddance.

We use this app for customers with products on subscription and really like how easy it is for customers to change aspects (skip a month, add quantity, change flavor, etc) of their subscriptions. Easy integration to our Shopify store. Their customer support is very responsive when we need something or have questions. We aren't solely a subscription based business model but with the analytics they provide on the backend I can see how this would be a great platform to help grow a business that built on subscriptions.

Their analytics gives great insight to what's going in with your subscription business. We're overall happy with the app.

I had an issue with the subscription widget as my website was a little unique... the tech support consistently emailed me until the issue was figured out and resolved. They were also very kind and patient. Very nice people to work with.

After a few teething problems with initial set up I contacted the support team and a guy named Gordon was able to get us up and running within the hour. He was helpful, patient and made the process a lot less daunting than it had seemed initially. Installed the app, my customers could not checkout - I am using a premium theme, and there was no error to say that their app and my theme would not work... We installed the code they asked us to install, still didn't work - then told us that they could not longer help! F*cking useless! Has so much potential..
