We've been using this app now for over a year and its enabled us to offer our customers a really unique 'trial' experience that converts well because we don't need to go back to them for payment when they decide to proceed with the sale. The support is fantastic from both a integration perspective but also really helpful with some billing/payment plan confusion we discovered. I would highly recommend this app.

You don't even have a customer service number. As a paying customer, what other options do I have to get my issues resolved? This is unacceptable. We have been using Recharge since early 2017 - being a start up company they are definitely very helpful and attentive to our requests, issues, and needs. Each representative that I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and provides me on-time support and listens and understands my inquires. We have had great conversations with account managers, Nilyria, Matt, and support engineer, Karis. The app is very easy to use from the admin and customer portal side.
