Eduardo Mallmann from the customer support team was an absolute life saver! He fixed a bug that 2 teams of web developers could not! I offered to buy him a case of beer and he said he'd prefer a 5 star review for Recharge! They're an amazing team!

The Recharge APP works well - it is seamless and integrates nicely with Shopify. The support team are amazing and in particular Dalia F who was prompt and solved a customer billing issue quickly and promptly and professionally.

Consistently improving the app, and since we've upgraded to have live chat as an option, customer service has been much quicker. Recently chatted with Dalia which was a great experience.

Obviously the best subscription app on the app store! Even customer support is killer and technical as nails! Dalia helped me set up custom settings on the backend to support my shipping needs for recurring payments in just minutes! Thanks all!!

I used this app for my monthly subscription boxes and recently decided to change my theme. I had some difficulty integrating this app but the Recharge team was so helpful! They fixed my issue immediately.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Where to start. A - If you plan to use this with shopify checkout - find something else. It simply does not work, causes major bugs and here is the best part. THE SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTANT. Save yourself time, money and headaches and go with a company that's built something that works with Shopify!

Customer Service is excellent. App comes the closest of all out there to providing the functionality we require.

I have been using ReCharge for 4 months now and I am completely satisfied by this app. I have been able to create the subscription plans our business needed, I am still working on the best way to handle gift cards on subscriptions but Gordon has been very helpful and is still helping me finding solutions.

The customer service here is awesome! I was having some technical difficulties, and Tigist immediately answered all of my questions with a detailed reply, and even included photos of exactly where I should click to fix the issue. Thanks again for your help, Tigist!

I love using this app. I switched to Recharge after failing to receive a response after more than a week from my old recurring app. I have never looked back since. They resolve issues fast and keep you updated if it's something that will take a bit longer. I recommend Recharge to anyone with a subscription business.

This app is the absolute best!!!! The customer service is absolutely amazing!!! Customer service representative Nena helped fixed a huge issue with my store at 2-3 am, super fast response, she needs a raise! Never had such a great experience with customer service like this. We launched our first subscription-based product using recharge, and their team has helped us successfully navigate the bumps that came with that learning curve and provided attentive solutions with the various things we've run into. SHOUTOUT to D'Tanga for taking care of us :) I manage our support team and the integration offered with our helpdesk (Gorgias), has been a great benefit to our customer support team in offering easy and fast resolutions for our customers, and overall increasing our customer experience.
