Best cart app on the market. Everything works so amazing wow 10/10 would buy again

I'm having trouble utilizing this app. It says we have 90 days to try it free, with an initial 15 day trial period, but I'm constantly prompted to pay $300 before I even gain access to the app? I'll write a different review when I get help fixing this problem.

** updated** Apparently the people at Recart don't like negative reviews. I received an email in less than 5 minutes after posting the last review. Please understand, if you have an issue and talk with them via the chat option, the customer service reps do not communicate with each other. This leaves for one employee to email me passively aggressively accusing me of lying about the last review. I have no idea if this is actually working. The emails sent don't correspond to the list of abandoned checkouts on shopify. Customer service didn't even know or have answers, said they would get back to me in a couple hours, to no avail.

So far so good with this app 1 week in. The interface is well designed, easy to use and set up is very straightforward. There seem to be differences in the abandoned cart list between the app and the shopify zero orders customer list, but as I say - so far so good. Not made a sale due to it yet, but time will tell...

so far so good for me. I will consider after free trial. Don't know yet how it will help but will see :D

Awesome application, i can recommend it to everyone.

The app has definitely been useful in collecting the emails of some of our ghosts. We like the fact that we can see what exactly people are placing in their shopping cart. We're still testing out different email formats to improve our funnel and conversion rates, but so far so good.

wow what a great app and great people working on it, if you enjoy INSTANT response time with the owners ( who doesn't) this is most def a good choice, add to cart pop up if fantastic and overall layout is simple and clean, and they give you 5 FREE MONTHS if you follow a few steps they have lined up. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone and everyone

I have been using this app for the past few weeks and am amazed by the results. We see an increase in recovered carts and an increase in our sales!

Great Apps to have it in your store! Minor point is the recovery email takes awhile to appear, overall is great!

Must say, this is an extremely innovative application that takes off a huge burden off of my shoulders. With this app, I can finally optimise sales... I was thinking of hiring someone to take care of customer service with all the workload but because of this I can save some costs for another few months :D Keep it up!

This app is amazing and gives a complete break down of your stats. I recommend this app to anyone wanting to capture emails, build a list and get more revenue.

It worked so far for me, however, would like to see more features sooner. Will need to try out for a longer period to see the success rate in recapturing lost customers.

Easy to set-up with a whole host of options not available on Shopify's own abandoned cart feature, we use Ghost Monitor on another site and after the success we've had there it was an obvious app to install for this site.

It has worked so far for me. I have now enabled the pop-up to see how effective that is. The support is very helpful and fast.
