Recart works great...when it works. 6 potential customers with emails over the past 24 hours and none of the campaigns are triggering.

The features of Recart have enabled me to have a better view of my abandoned carts and provided me an automatic way of following up with these potential sales. Their customer support is excellent and very personal. I find this app is becoming one of my favorites for my stores.

I really like Recart- Ghostmonitor! What I love the most is all the insights that I receive from my customers activity. Specially the fact that I get to capture abandoned carts not just abandoned checkouts which really generates conversions on items added to the cart not just checkouts. Great App!

Incredibly easy to set up. Love the metrics I get back showing me how many carts have been abandoned. And I love being able to edit all the copy. Though what's there already is great for me as I start out

What a great app! Easy integration and fantastic results too. I uninstalled this app but soon found I couldn't do without it!!!

Have been using the app for ~15 days now. So far so good. Email capture rate is definitely higher than Shopify's native solution or other similar apps i have tried. Have already seen sales that would otherwise not have been captured in other solutions. The only issue I've faced in testing it is that there's a fair bit of lag between clicking on the link in an email and being taken to the checkout page - it goes through a series of redirects including taking you to your home page first - when that happened at first, i thought there was an error. All in all though, definitely see this as an effective, valuable app.

This app is amazing! I have the normal abandon cart email setup but this app takes it to the next level with the design. Response is much higher.

Still waiting for disclosure of privacy policy..... niffty, but needs some work on making captured emails and customer data integrate to the shopify native dashboard and customer info data base. has a few errors with cookie functionality issues, but otherwise it does make a pop up captures customer data and try to retrieve that sale. cart link functionality has a cookie issue with not actually repopulating the customer's saved cart, but simply leading them to a check out page, wherein that cart is lost if the customer tries to edit it. otherwise its neat and makes pretty great abandoned cart recapture emails.

A great app. Absolutely love the interface and all of the features. One of the best abandoned cart apps i have ever used :D

Great App, really easy to install and complete some basic customization like changing colours to match our branding. Looking forward to see how many abandoned carts it can recover.

Testing Recart, it looks promising. Will update this review after I have tested it out.
