Great app for customized cross-sell/upsell feeds. The app is very complex, with many widget types. I would be great to offer better filtering rules to exclude products/collections/tags etc. Their support is also pretty quick. Recommend!

This app has been amazing for us. At first, challenging to set up, but with the help from the support staff, especially Zach, he was able to guide me through the correct setup across multiple widgets. We had required custom coding and Zach went OVER and BEYOND to help. Honestly, the guy below said something about Strauss deserving a pay raise, but I'd like to nominate Zach for that pay raise because he is just as AWESOME

It works fine but then I found my abandoned checkout got higher. And many customers told me they were unable to checkout. Shopify support team found the cause is from Rebuy. So I had to remove the app. Nice functionality but it doesn’t mean anything if my conversion goes down

This app is a game-changer. I recommend for any Shopify store with multiple skus and where AOV is a KPI.

Pretty good app. Some bits can be a bit tricky to imlpement, like the placement of the widget on the page, but overall the level of customisation is pretty good.

Rebuy is one of the best and most powerful apps on the Shopify App store. We've been using Rebuy for almost 2 years and are so impressed with not only the features and functionality but the excellent support they provide as well. We primarily utilize Rebuy for product add ons and GWP promotions and both are super easy to setup, edit, and publish on our own. Whenever I have had any trouble getting a widget edited on our site the Rebuy support team is quick to provide support and go above and beyond to get everything up and running smoothly. I can't recommend this app enough, it is a must-have for Shopify merchants!

Rebuy is a very versatile and feature-packed app with the capability to measurably improve AOV and product discoverability. It's also well-built and easy to customise from a development perspective. The app will more than pay for itself, which is evident by its promise of a positive ROI & money-back guarantee. The support is excellent and it feels like they're always working on new features and improvements.

Rebuy has literally helped add $5-10 to our AOV in a matter of days. And, the smart cart is a huge UX upgrade. There's a lot to learn when getting started, however. Took days to begin learning the flows. The team has been super responsive and helpful! Love that one app covers all our upsell/cross sell features instead of our previous stack of 2-3 apps.

Rebuy is a lot of bang for the buck. Every frontend app you add to your site will make it slower, so being able to get product recommendations, cart upsells, product addons, checkout upsells, smart cart, post purchase offers AND a link builder, is a great deal. Pricing Rebuy also has a very sensible pricing model. Unlike what is common ("$399/mo" flat), your bill depends on your amount of orders. So after a bad month, you pay less, and after a good month, you pay more. Results We have used it for less than a month, but during that time, Rebuy can account for 8.92% of our revenue. I expect this to increase over time as we optimize more, aiming for 12-15% or so. This has been for addons, product recommendations, cart upsells, and checkout upsells only. Support Not the fastest, but good enough. I had a great onboarding call with an employee who physically wrote down a whole page of notes based on my feedback, and they genuinely care about feedback and their users. Control You make the logic for recommendations to a big extent by yourself. This gives good control over which products gets displayed where. The output logic is currently a bit lacking, but I expect that to improve in not long. (you can precisely target any product you like, but determining which products will show up is somewhat limited per 04.04.22) Conclusion One of my new favorite apps! I find it surprisingly satisfying to make more logic and addons, it's quite versatile (though with a bit of a learning curve), and you get a lot for what you're paying. Highly recommended.

I reached out to the support team because a drop down menu in the smart cart was not displaying properly on my website. Christian replied promptly and Strauss fixed the issue within 24 hours. It turned out to be a CSS issue with my theme. Great support!

Got to give this app 5 stars already. Been looking for a cross-sell app that was easy to customise with our product range. Both the introduction and support was excellent as are the documentation and guides.

We've been using the product recommendations at checkout, works great. Setup has been easy and disturbance-free on live site.

We use this app to show product recommendations on the PDP and cart flyout. It looks amazing and works as intended. Support is extremely helpful as well!

Rebuy is one of, if not the best, app we've added to our Shopify store. The upsell and cross-sell options are many, and varied. Being a relatively new Shopify Plus store, we're currently focusing on the low-hanging fruit of increasing AOV. The set-up was pretty simple and we're already seeing improved results. Bonus? Aaron from their team was super helpful, proactively reaching out and providing guidance for the next level-up of options we should be taking advantage of. If you can, get this app! 3/16/2022 : UPDATE: still in love with this app, had a technical question today and Strauss fixed it in lighting speed, another example of their exceptional support.
