Easy to implement and a good booster for sales and AOV. Good support from the rebuy team and fair pricing.

Superb support, Janet is our rep, very helpful with us troubleshooting issues and helping us get up to speed with new rebuy features. Been a great app thus far.

Initially we had a rough start with the platform, but their support team was quite considerate enough and helped us throughout the entire installation process. We have been seeing some very good results after all the widgets were installed. We would definitely recommend trying the dashboard once.

I am enjoying the upsells and personalization which we have began to install. We look forward to continuing adding further enhancements to our website thru the rebuy app.

We switched to this app to move away from a fully custom cart and it's been such a good experience! Not only is the interface easy to edit for non coders like myself, but the support is EXCELLENT! Not to mention all the other awesome cross-sell and up-sell widgets the app offers outside of their Smart Cart!

This app will generate us significant extra revenue. As we scale our advertising it will be a game changer. In testing, we are seeing it increase Average Order Value on about 60% of orders.

Wow this team is talented. Had a bit of trouble getting some features to work and their chat support took care of every request and even helped integrate an unsupported Subscription platform! Honestly, couldn't give this app a higher recommendation. Still waiting to measure lift from the utility, but so far its improved the customer journey on our store.

I am LOVING rebuy. They are helping us do things that we've never been able to do before on our website! Also our account manager is incredible and has been able to help us out last minute when we are in a pickle!

Thus far this app has done well for us without really any stressful work involved. Have tried all the others out there and this is the easiest so far (and rewarding). Ian is our rep that helped onboard when we signed up for the first platform, also helped do more work and teaching when we signed up for the shopify plus platform as well. He did an awesome job to say the least. I do wish so options were easier to edit sizes of (like the upsale product images bigger vs the words) on the page, but that is just because I'm petty about the website looking the best ha. Very glad we are using this app now and look forward to seeing what Rebuy does this holiday season on the website!

Rebuy has been really helpful in optimizing our checkout experience. I would prefer different pricing terms - I don't think it's fair to charge per order whether they have any impact on the order or not.

Abolutly incredible support from you guys. Had some minor issues to get my stuff to run like I wanted to. They done everything to make me happy in no time.

After an initial hiccup, their executives reached out, and help me figure out some of the issues I was having. Have to say that this showed me that this is a company that is "in it for the long run" and truly values customer experience. Lots of different features all bundled into 1 cool app!
