Rebuy is by far the most valuable app we have used in our shop. Checkout for our customers is easy and being able to suggest products as an impulse buy has worked well for us. In addition, whenever we have needed help, the team has been incredibly helpful — by far the most helpful out of ANY app that I currently (or previously) have used. Definitely recommend this app.

Aiman Alamdy is an absolute beast! Most reps will just respond to an inquiry with a ton of links with robust documentation on how the user needs to make the change. Aiman was able to get into the code over a Zoom call and help us from start to finish to set up our upsells and ensure they were firing. He cares about customers and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure they are taken care of.

Extremely powerful app for boosting your AOV with a multitude of features. It's a real "all in one" solution that replaced many of our existing apps. The support is also absolutely incredible... probably the best support experience I've ever witnessed in fact! Shout out especially to Jeffrey for all the customisation help - he really goes the extra mile to help you get you up and running as smoothly as possible. Super impressive app and an outstanding team, you won't be disappointed...

best app out there. i have a shirt from 1800 dtc, a company that interviewed me, and they gave me a shirt with the best shopify app stack and rebuy is included in that stack. Diana was amazing and helped me for 4 days straight on an important widget i was trying to implement that was really tricky to do. This app is a game changer for my supplement brand! Before Rebuy I had to manage 3+ apps just to accomplish everything I wanted to do, and none of theme delivered the results expected or were as easy to use as Rebuy. Support is A+ too. Rebuy is a great app. The widgets sometimes need a bit of customization to work exactly like we want but the support team has always been responsive and helpful.

I've just started optimizing my journeys with Rebuy, which has been a great experience. The functionality and capabilities of this app are well thought out and allow me to condense a lot of my workflow into one app. The support team and onboarding team is the highlight of this review. Dante was informative and highly knowledgeable. Jeffrey, through the chat app, took care of some fixes promptly. I highly recommend adding Rebuy to your arsenal.

Overall, it's a great tool to improve CVR across the site. Some integrations with other apps can be improved such as with Builder.io. Some features works better out of the box depending on the theme.

Rebuy replaced a few different apps we were using and is easy to customize. Not only that, but great customer service!

The app is very intuitive and makes running campaigns quite easy. Matt and Suki are always amazing when troubleshooting all our questions and helping us leverage the platform to boost our AOV! I'm rewriting my review for this app, having now used for around 3 months or so. There is huge potential within ReBuy, with a very pro looking smart cart with a load of bells & whistles. Unfortunately, the app has consumed a huge amount of my time in trying to work through seemingly endless bugs with implementation, the widgets, the rulesets etc with the customer support team. They are knowledgeable and polite, but it can take days to work through an issue, with their weekends, public holidays and time zone differences taken into account. Nothing has implemented smoothly and has all required additional coding to get things working. A number of the 'killer' features are only available for Shopify Plus subscribers, and there is no reflection in the pricing for those who do not have Plus and therefore cannot use these features. I'll continue using it for now - mostly because I can't face going through the removal of the app (and its theme code), and installing a competitor's version. In summary, for $250+ per month, I would expect a much smoother experience.

It's a fantastic app. It really helps us to increase our AOV. Easy enough to customize the look & feel with a little bit of css. Support for the set-up and day-to-day is great. We're really happy with Rebuy.

I'm committed. All in. I want to become a ReBuy Power (User) Ranger. After two days of figuring out the tool myself (it's pretty intuitive, and they've got great resources), I hopped on a call with Suki, and for 30 minutes, we plowed through the remaining features, setting up revenue drivers and testing out the tech with ease. MORPHIN TIME! We're set up and rolling. I've loved every interaction with their team and am waiting for that power ranger status here soon. Thanks Rebuy!
