Great product overall and will more than pay for itself in incremental revenue growth, which is what it promises to do so for that reason, I'm giving it 5 stars. There's some room for improvement on the tech support side, and I think there's an opportunity to build out more functionality based on user shopping behavior to trigger pop-up offers on-site. Overall, we're very happy with it though, and seeing a huge return. I would recommend using the algorithm to drive product recos rather than manually building recos, as the algorithm is much more efficient. Shout-out to our rep Ian who got us going. This is certainly an app every Shopify site should have, and the integration makes things easy.

Rebuy is a great app with many features under one umbrella, making it a must-have app for any eCommerce store! From a great cart drawer with all the necessary features, to various upsells from the beginning to the end of the funnel, you can go in all directions with them - which is perfect for increasing that much-needed avg order value. Also, their support is excellent, efficient and fast to reply, Isaac and Christian have been a blessing to us when something went wrong. Can only highly recommend the app! With all the great features in one (in fact multiple apps in one) and their great support, the price is more than justified - for the ones doubting at the start.

The smart cart is a great feature and the main reason we rate the app so highly. This feature is 100% worth it. With many SKUs it can be difficult for customers to know what else they should purchase, AI recommendations make it a simple process. The post-purchase feature was recommended to us but needs improvement when it comes to tiered offers. For example, if a customer adds an item post-purchase and now hit the free shipping threshold it is not applied to their order creating customer service issues. This is a big deal for us as we want our customers to have the best experience possible on our site by getting offers they have qualified for. Rebuy support overall is ok. They only have chat support and it is PST which is not great for us on the east coast. Most questions will happen first thing in the morning when there is 0 support. We prefer having a phone number to call where we can quickly resolve issues which is not the case with Rebuy. It can take many messages back and forth over a few hours to resolve issues/answer questions. Support is very helpful and tries their best to resolve issues, for us it's more of an issue when there is an urgent matter. The platform itself is not super difficult to use but there is a lot you will miss without having someone to guide you. It was a bit of a struggle with figuring out best practices and setting up specific offers without reaching out to support. You can schedule a call with a team member to talk you through some features which I found to be VERY helpful. I would recommend doing this when you first get the app. Aiman was straight to the point and taught us what we needed to know to get started. Be prepared to put a decent amount of time into learning the ins and outs of this app.

Rebuy has been AMAZING. Our AOV over BFCM was over 30% higher in 2022 than 2021, and we think a lot of that is attributed to the Smart Cart Widget and Post Purchase Upsell Widget (easy implementations and wins). in addition, their customer support especially Strauss and Dylan, have been incredibly helpful and quick to solve our unique needs. Rebuy for the win!

All I can say is WOW!!! I've been growing our E-Commerce for a few years now so I've worked with a ton of apps, dev teams, account managers, etc and Rebuy has absolutely blown me away with their knowledge, support, creative and dev work. This app, and more importantly this team, will save me thousands that I would have had to pay to a dev team all while Rebuy increases revenue and the customer experience . We started with Rebuy in early 2021 when we had Strauss help us get it all set up. It’s been phenomenal for increasing AOV. Then, we did a major website update I needed Rebuy help! Rebuy was on the spot with their Live Tech team on BLACK FRIDAY! I got the help I needed for BFCM, and then I was lucky enough to get a call scheduled with Rich so I could learn all the NEW features Rebuy has built since early 2021 [because they have TONS OF NEW features]. Let me say: Everyone NEEDS a Rich to help you max out your value with Rebuy. He’s smart, funny, quick, and MAN, he can teach you how to leverage Rebuy FAST! Get Rebuy and then sit back and be amazed at their Tech team, service, knowledge, and increased AOV!

We have only been using Rebuy for a few weeks now, and I cannot speak more highly of the program and of the support team. The basic implementation of Rebuy was simple and made even easier by our AWESOME success manger, Janet. With her help, we have already seen a sizable lift in AOV in just this short time. In addition to this, we first started using Rebuy during Black Friday… and during Thanksgiving dinner, I gave thanks to Janet for saving Black Friday. Due to the complexity of our store’s BFCM deals, Rebuy lacked some technical features needed to run said deals. Rather than taking that at face value, Janet worked with me up until Thanksgiving Dinner (literally) coming up with work arounds and solutions. I am THRILLED to say that thanks to Janet (and her lead Aaron!), we were able to get the all BFCM elements up and running, which led to our business having its biggest sales day in history. I cannot speak more highly of Janet’s her patience, deep understanding of Rebuy, and willingness to go above and beyond. And, Rebuy has been great :)

-Update: After posting this review the Rebuy Team got in touch and affected fixes in their app and got us up and running - which is great. However, it still took 4 months and a negative review to get a result. If only this happened sooner we'd be giving a much better review. 3 stars. ---- Really disappointed with our Rebuy experience. After looking at many apps, we specifically chose this app because of its stated compatibility with Multicurrency. / Shopify markets AND the white glove setup at US$1000 - which we ended up doing ourselves anyway. After literally months of back and forth the app is still not working with currencies, and while we have had our $1000 setup fee refunded - subsequent communications with Rebuy have stopped, they’re simply not replying. Our last few emails have not been replied to, which is extremely poor. After many hrs of setting up rules were uninstalling and looking at alternatives

Rebuy is a game changer!! We were recommended to check them out from two separate sources. I only knew a fraction about what it did before, but once I spoke with Ian (from Rebuy) I realized that it would help us accomplish things that we've been trying to do for months (such as special sku/offer unlocks at specific cart sizes). Ian literally helped me strategize different upsells within minutes that will boost AOV, and helped me get up and running fast. Thank you Ian and Rebuy!

We signed a launch contract on 15th September and expected to go live with a solution 2 weeks later. It's now 60 days later and our job is moving at a glacial pace. Communication is poor with our launch manager and is made worse by the time difference with the EU. Update 17th Nov 2022 - The ReBuy team worked though our issues and helped get us live today. Based on today's help and quick response to my negative review I'm happy to update my feedback from 1/5 stars to 5/5 stars.
