With the help of Normie the installation went smoothly. I still need to experience using the app in action but sofar so good.

Joseph was extremely helpful with syncing the inventory into my account. Highly recommend!

It's been refreshingly easy to integrate two platforms. Omar is helping me in the chatbox and I'm genuinely surprised at how helpful he is. He's sending helpful links and guides for the parts I wish to do myself and explains everything clearly. He's also super friendly! Thanks Omar!

Joseph was very helpful with the set-up process. They are always available, but now I am having issues that it seems they don't know how to fix and they are not reaching out and it's been days. They said they would follow up, it's been over 5 days and still nothing.

The QuickSync app is great, so helpful to be able to cross list items! The support staff are fantastic. So patient and friendly! They spend time to make sure you are comfortable using the app. Khaled got me started, very kind to accommodate my rudimentary computer skills! Omar has been amazing! He worked through trouble shooting with me and helped me add many more products. He even followed up a few days later to ensure things were still going okay and helped resolve a few more items. Great customer service and support! Highly recommend this app for ease of connecting shops and their superb support.
