Integration was easy, albeit a bit slow. Khaled stuck around and helped through the whole process and answered my questions clearly/quickly. **UPDATE** Inventory syncing only worked one way. Editing Shopify inventory will change Etsy stock levels but Etsy sales weren't being reflected on Shopify. Etsy then read positive inventory for items that were actually sold out and then autorelisted, charging additional listing fees. Contact Customer Service and Omar was incredibly unhelpful. Had to repeat myself multiple times and still got no solutions. I will be uninstalling and seeking a new solution.

The app seems very functional and tailored to the user's needs. Omar was an excellent customer service agent who quickly responded and addressed any concerns, it is great that they have 24/7 customer service.

Good app - performs well and does exactly what it says it does. Customer service is FANTASTIC - they are always online and answer very quickly and are knowledgeable and helpful.
