Omar was a huge help in syncing my product from shopify to etsy and was really communicative. he walked me through the process and answered all my questions very thoroughly. It was so helpful.

Overall this app has saved me time and has worked without much trouble. Joseph has been attentive at trying to help, and was great at listening to my concern about syncing issues regarding purchases. The app is a little pricey, and I am not sure how long I can continue, but for now I am enjoying its convenience and appreciate the support from Joseph.

Quicksync has made hours of work turn into second. their intergration has made syncing my items from store to store effortless.

I am the founder of Elegant Deer. Totally satisfied so far, I was a bit puzzled by it all. I was able to link everything, but I didn't want to sync all the products. Joseph from support just wrote to me in the live chat and asked if he could help in any way. He offered to move all the products to Etsy for free in the form of a draft, and then I can activate the ones I need in the future. It went beautifully, without fees and very quickly. I’ve had a great experience with this app! The chat support is super helpful, and they even offer email support if you need it. The syncing process is reliable, making it easy to keep everything up to date. Plus, the pricing is fair for all the features you get. I’d definitely recommend this app, even if you have over 1,000 products to manage!

Jayson was my support specialist, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful getting everything working for me. I am new at the online marketplaces so he was really able to help by displaying pictures and graphs of what he needed me to get done and was very understanding and held my hand through the process. It did what they said but it caused me a lot of grief. When imported from Etsy to Shopify it will duplicate images. These duplicated images can sometimes be upwards of 100+ images. This means that you will have to go into the images and delete 100+ images on almost every listing one by one. When you have nearly 300 products this can be tedious to say the least! I will say that the rest of the items do integrate very well. The only other thing besides this bug fixed that I wish they had was a way to import Etsy Reviews. If that was a feature, I would have probably kept it. Their Support is okay so 3 stars I think is fair. Thanks
